Compared to many places, I find their inks to be a bit expensive. I'm not sure if it's because they specialise in it, but I have found laser printer inks are better prices elsewhere. The quality at Cartridge World is very good though, which is why I sometimes come here for my ink. The customer service here is okay. I've had a mix of experiences. Sometimes, there is a complete lack of customer service, but most times the staff have been extremely helpful and attentive. I guess it just depends. Parking here can be a pain because there isn't enough of it for the tiny complex in which Cartridge World belongs to. So you may need to park on the side streets. This is a good shop for high quality ink. I believe it should be supported because many of their customers have become tempted by the Officeworks down the road.
