They cleaned and folded our laundry with care . Nothing was missing and we had 5-6 days worth of clothes cleaned and delivered back to our hotel within 8 hours . The value for the effort was well worth it . Still less expensive then having the hotel launder for you . Next time have them PICK up and deliver as it is the same price .

No bills, no cards. I didn't know that, but luckily the cafe across the street made change for me. TIP #2: don't be afraid to ask the employee for help. I'm not ashamed; I did! She showed me how it's done. Turns out there's one machine that collects coins for everything...detergent, washer selection, and dryer selection. First, was buying the detergent. Pay for it with the one machine that accepts coins for everything then the detergent pops out of a vending machine a couple of feet away... detergent comes in two alka-seltzer type tablets. One tablet goes in each side of the machine's soap tray. Second, remember your washer's number and select it from the coin-pay machine, then hit the green button on your washer and you're all set. Dryer is the same process. About 4.5 Euros for the wash and the dryer charges by time. I think it's about 1 Euro per 10 minutes. Hope this helps! Julice Laverie... They don't speak English here, so practice your French! But also there's a sign on the wall with instructions in English. It's not a coin-op, you have to pay with your credit card at the machine near the dry cleaning window. There's various size washers that cost different prices. If you're too shy to ask how to get it all to work here you go: 1) put your clothes in a machine 2) put soap (if you I need to buy it, but it at the same machine near dry cleaning section) 3) close door and pick wash style (hot, cold, etc) 4) remember your machine number and go pay at the machine again 5) machine tells you how much time is left. 6) move to dryer, same paying instructions You can walk around or go back to your hotel. Your clothes are safe there. I'd use this place again if I was in the neighborhood

They don't do dry cleaning service. the owner speaks English a bit. He helped which one to use and how long I should use for dryer etc. very helpful. Washer: 2 sizes I think. €7/11. Price: €7 for 1 regular size washer. A few € for dryer and detergent. It's like Italy price. Laundry products at supermarket aren't so cheap, so buy it here if you were a tourist. - Conqueror's Deduction - It's cheaper and faster than hotel dry cleaning services. Seems #20, 21, 23 are the biggest and fastest (25 minutes) we had small loads (#10 -18) 45 minutes :-( Don't forget to get detergent #32 and fabric softener #33! Overall, once you figure out the machines it's easy. Seems it is customary to acknowledge a stranger when you walk in, then people focus on themselves, but will help, and be friendly about it if you ask. Would give 5 stars if it indicated which machines took soooo loooong!
