While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! After digging through Yelp/Google, I stumbled upon Meridox Mortgage that had stellar reviews and took a chance. I called Meridox and was put in touch with Trung Tran. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted! After my offer was accepted, the rest of the process was somewhat nebulous, but my real estate agent worked closely with Trung to help me through. Trung was with me every step of the way. He patiently explained how my monthly mortgage payment and closing costs were calculated and even helped me negotiate a home insurance offer. He even kept a close eye on the market and advised me when I should lock in the rate. I thought home buying would be more stressful, but it wasn't as bad as I thought because Trung made every step clear and was very on top of deadlines. From pre-approval to loan closing, it took just one month! Thank you Trung for being so diligent and patient in helping me secure my dream home! Trung was also very proactive in reaching out to me a few months later when interest rates dropped by about 1%. I had the honor of working with Trung again for my refinance, and it was also efficient and painless! I recommended Trung to my coworker recently when she was looking to buy a condo. Highly recommended to anyone who is in a market for a house to look into Meridox!! Thanks again for your hard work, Trung!!!

A little background: I did 2 house purchases, and 1 house sale by myself without a realtor before engaging Meridox. I didn't need handholding, because I was not a first-time buyer. I wanted an advisor who can give me an honest opinion as to pricing, knows the neighborhoods, and can negotiate with the seller's agent. Linh was so on top of things. She understood that I was busy and scheduled multiple showings for me on weekends. She mapped out our route, so we can be efficient with time. She never asked me to consider any property that was outside my price range or not what I was looking for. I was able to knock out many home viewings with her, and we put in a couple of offers. I saw a house that fell out of escrow. I messaged her, and she was immediately on it. She showed me the house, called the seller's agent, and basically convinced the seller to take my offer that was a tad below listing that either that same day or the next. (OC is a hot market, so this was an incredible deal! My other offers all sold above listing.) She was incredibly responsive, super sharp, and very easy to work with. I used Meridox as my mortgage broker as well and used them again to refinance a year later. Very seamless and easy transaction. Forget all the agents who claim to "treat you like family." Choose Meridox: the true professionals.

Our house wasn't the most updated or "picture perfect" home out there, but Michelle came in and completely transformed how it showed. There was a lot of interest, and we ended up getting a great price - better than we had hoped for. What I appreciated most was how involved and communicative she was. She was constantly checking in, calling, texting, and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. We never felt alone in the process, especially during negotiations, which can get stressful. Luis, spoke with us as we were looking for a new condo for our family of 4. The process started well, professional. We submitted our application. Luis then informed me that my fiancé had filed for Bankruptcy. This was the reason we were denied the condo he was representing. This is completely false and that I, probably "doesn't really know me" which is an attack on my fiancé's character. As if my fiancé is hiding things from me finically. We have been together for 5 years. She has NEVER filed for bankruptcy! EVER. She had only been a victim of identify fraud as discussed, but that is it. We have called him so many times, to get an explanation. He has dogged all calls, never retuned a voice message. This is over 2 months. Very unprofessional. We will be filing a formal complaint against Luis for deformation of character with Keller Williams and other avenues of information that pertains to realtors, this industry. In our first consultation with her, she outlined the whole process for us as this would be our first home and explained everything so clearly that it was easy to digest all the information. Throughout the process, Joan was prompt, thorough, and made the whole experience an absolute breeze. She lined up 5 showings the first day we had available to meet and we ended up making an offer on one of the 5. She did the background work to help us find the best offer, which was accepted among many others. On top of being a knowledgeable realtor, Joan took the time to get to know us even in the short time it took for us to find our place and helped us feel at ease during the little buying stressors that popped up along the way. I would absolute recommend working with Joan and look forward to working with her again in the future!

We were seated at the same table, and naturally gravitated towards one another, making small talk. I then found out that she was a realtor, but at that time, I was a young pup, trying to figure out what I wanted to do in life - to go to law school, or not? Shortly after meeting her, I realized I should invest in some property. Joan spent a lot of her time helping me find properties, each time cautioning me about foreseeable things that could arise. Each and every time, I approached properties with caution because I was fearful of making the wrong choice. Sadly, Joan's assistance at that particular point in my life did not render any financial gains, but it left a lasting impression. Years later, this tall handsome man fell in love with me, and he proposed. Joan and I reconnected sometime around this time, and she was invited to our wedding. Joan also invited us to some of her summer events, each of them fun! Although I have many friends that are realtors, Joan's lasting impression, honesty, advice and no-pressure approach in helping me find the perfect home had me circling back to her this time around -- this time with the tall handsome man -- my husband. Currently, Joan and her business partner, Alicia have been working with us around the clock, when their time permits (and even when it does not), as they have, in total, a little more than the seven dwarves from Snow White. [Yes, children.] In other words, Joan is a time-bender. For those of you looking for a realtor who is HONEST, GENUINELY CARES and isn't all about money, please go see Joan! She will help you find a house that matches your lifestyle! **Holding Joan out in my arms as Mufasa holds out Simba.** I seriously praise this woman - she is kind, compassionate, sincere, professional, genuine, knowledgeable & a great person to be around!

My mom had always said that when the time came to sell her home, she wanted Mike Weller to be the one to do it. Unfortunately, after she passed away, we were left with an incredibly overwhelming situation. My mother was a hoarder, and preparing her home to be sold was a much bigger undertaking than simply putting a house on the market. Mike & Shannon stepped in and took on challenges that went far beyond what I would ever expect from a realtor. They helped coordinate what needed to be done to get the property ready, guided us through decisions we didn't even know how to begin making,.They helped us in ways, behind the scenes that went far beyond their responsibility as our realtors.
