I have tried wrapping it but the wrap won't stay on, we have tried everything we can to help him but he is getting worse... I have tried to call emergency vets at Clyde's Animal Clinic but because we don't have money right now, they do not care about your animal unless you have money! my dog is bleeding to death, won't eat or drink, in pain, panting like crazy and they won't do ANYTHING to help him!! We have tried everything we can at home but needs to be seen by a vet but they won't see him because we don't have the money to "pay for services" right now. I offered to give them our debit card information and they could charge it on Friday the 31st but they still won't do anything to help our dog. After several attempts to make his appointment (as we have a couple times a year for a few years), I got the feeling they didn't want us as clients anymore. I called another vet, and they said they could see him right away, and they would call W&H to get his records. My husband took him to the new vet, but they said they couldn't see him bc W&H just told them he was registered under my dad's name, and needed to call my parents to make sure my husband hadn't stolen him. Dr. Sam Walton is especially great - he is usually really busy but when there is a problem, he is thorough and thoughtful in explaining the problem and any possible treatments. The staff isn't always pleasant, but 99.9% of the time they are. They are always able to squeeze me in last minute, are always polite and always take great care of my fur-babies. boarding is $5-$10 per day depending on the size of your dog. frontline and heartgard prices are also the lowest I've seen anywhere. yes a few days ago I gave away my lab. I had 4 doses of frontline left and Waltons took it back and let me which for the small dog doses. how nice is that! Its million dollar service for a budget pricetag.

To make this short, my dog used to visit this facility all of the time and loved it. A couple of…read moredays before we were supposed to pick up our dog she called us while we were out of state and sounded very weird and just told us our dog had peed on himself and she gave him a bath. Why would she call us to say that? We picked him up and he looked half dead. We didn't notice anything strange until we got home and I noticed one of my dogs pads had been ripped out of his paw and on his back side of his hip he had distinct bite marks into his hip and he also had other bite marks on his leg and she never told us. Had she told us we would've gotten back quickly and taking him to the vet. She tried to claim my dog did it to himself , but my vet said there was no way. She wouldn't deal with it and even blocked me. I would never trust this facility if you love your dog. I never thought anything would happen to mine. I have plenty of pictures from the vet as well and I was going to take her to civil court, but my dog passed away eight months later and I was so sad that I couldn't even deal with it. Once we picked him up from there, and had him taken care of at the vet, he was never physically the same again and he was terrified to be left alone. I spent the next eight months of his life while he was miserable, taking care of him and carrying him around. The owner just kept trying to lie to me until she blocked me. Please don't take your babies here!!!!

We felt confident when we dropped off our dog, they were super accommodating - offering to look up our pet records at our vet as we didn't have ours with us. They were friendly and really seemed to enjoy spending time with animals. If we're ever in the area again and need pet boarding, I would definitely recommend Almost Home!
