My wife and I recently purchased our first home and choosing Lauren as our realtor was one of the best decisions we made. From the first time we sat down with her for the consultation, to the day we finally closed and she handed us the keys, Lauren was a consummate professional, executing complicated, and at times, difficult negotiations, delivering us the home we've always dreamt of. Her experience and attention to detail helped us feel so comfortable with every document we signed and every decision we made, as she provided us with all of information we had asked for. She made everything seem so easy and effortless, but we knew the tremendous amount of time and energy she was committing behind the scenes. Perhaps most importantly though, Lauren was so in tune with our needs and concerns; we truly felt it was her sincere care and compassion that allowed her to do so. Homebuying is said to be an emotional rollercoaster, and it certainly was for us. But we couldn't have chosen, and certainly wouldn't choose in the future, any other partner and real estate adviser than Lauren. read more

My wife and I started looking for our first home in October of 2023 and we were overwhelmed immediately. Home buying is a lengthy, time-consuming, stress inducing, and pressure-filled process. The one thing that kept us sane, composed, and confident was Lauren Weber. Right from the start she made us feel so comfortable about the home buying journey with her vast knowledge, experience, and professionalism. She let us know that the most important thing to her was that we were completely happy with our decision. Our journey to finding the perfect place was a long one but the entire time, Lauren was extremely patient, informative, and encouraging. After every failed bid or disappointing open house, Lauren always had a solution and another opportunity for us to explore. Her timeliness, availability, and communication was unmatched, we honestly felt like we were her only clients because she was so on top of everything. When we found our home, Lauren was relentless. She also had a guy for everything; plumbing, electrical, mold, exterior, termites, every inspection imaginable. She also has an abundance of connections to mortgage lenders and she helped to set us up with great loan professionals. She not only made the entire home buying process easy but fun too! In the end, she was the best match for us as our realtor in every way and we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy their first home. read more

I was referred to Lauren by a realtor friend of mine from Hawai'i and I'm so happy we connected. Lauren and her team worked with us from September of 2021 till we bought our home in Torrance in June 2022. This wasn't my first time buying a home, but I wish I knew Lauren when I did buy the first time around. Being able to compare realtors, it's amazing how above and beyond Lauren and her team go (compared to others out there) to make sure your buying journey is as pleasant as possible. Not to mention, she is so well connected in the South Bay community that it made our lives as homeowners so much easier when we were going thru things like inspection, roof repairs, contractor recommendations, etc. Thank you SO much Lauren!! Seriously, we could not have done this without you!!! read more

Imagine buying a new home in this crazy market, well that's exactly what my partner and I decided to do! As first time home buyers it was really important for us to find a realtor that would advocate for our best interest, with honest and genuine feedback and advice. Lauren is THAT realtor. Despite the competitive market, she listened to our needs, guided us to empower our decision making and ultimately helped us find our absolutely perfect first home. Home buying is possible, with the right support system. Lauren will personalize your home buying experience, and always put YOU first. Lauren Weber - Compass - Thank you Lauren! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Torrance, California

My wife and I started house hunting in Redondo Beach area back in February and we just closed our new home a few days ago. Looking back at this journey, choosing to work with Lauren is perhaps the best decision I've made in this entire process. She's knowledgeable, responsive, calm, organized, and experienced, everything you'd look for in a real estate agent. When we started looking, we barely knew anything about the area, Lauren explained the different areas of Redondo and Torrance to us, and really took the time to understand what we are looking for in our new home. During the bidding process (yes it's 2021, a bidding war is normal), Lauren did a great job gauging interest and helped us putting together an offer that's just enough to win. And during the escrow process, oh man, Lauren did a truly incredible job! We ran into some problems with appraisal and the loan, which made everything whole lot more stressful. Lauren did everything she could to solve the issues, kept everything organized and everyone informed, strategized in many of the steps to keep us protected longer, and maintained a good relationship with the listing agent so the other party can be more understanding. On top of that, she even took care of things like following up on fixes, and working with contractors to get quotes on the upgrades we wanted to do after closing. We currently live very far away from Redondo Beach and both have a busy job, these things would've been a huge burden if we had to drive there multiple times a week during weekday. All in all, we felt very lucky that we chose Lauren to be our agent! read more

Let me start of by saying that this is our second time working with Lauren. I believe that repeat customers are one of the biggest signs of a great relationship. Lauren helped my husband and I find our starter home in 2013. We had no idea what to expect or what to do but we knew renting was wasted money and knew building equity was the key to buying our forever home. Lauren eased us with our very first meeting. You can tell relationships are important to her because she listens and tries her best to address your concerns. We hit the ground running and was in escrow within three months. She explained every part of the process and was always available when we needed her. In October 2020, my husband randomly gave Lauren a call to see what the market was like during the pandemic. She told him it actually streamlined a lot of things and that the seller's market was hot. Another perk: we didn't use any money to fix-up or stage the house. Lauren informed us of a service that her company provides called Compass Concierge which allowed us to borrow funds for no fees/interest (reimbursed upon sale). This took a burden off our shoulders and contributed to listing success! One week of showings yielded ten offers and we closed escrow before Christmas. Although we shopped around for lenders, we ultimately went with Lauren's recommendation as they were able to crunch the best numbers. They had excellent communication and streamlined the whole process. The buyer's market wasn't great but that didn't scare Lauren. She explained to us her plan of attack and we were able to secure a house within a day of the house coming on the market. We felt like newbies even though it was our second time but Lauren didn't skip a beat and happily explained every part of the process and gave her experienced insight to ease our emotional ride. Selling and buying can be stressful and completely mitigated by having a great team to ease the uncertainties that run through your mind. We were able purchase a beautiful home in Torrance with room to grow our family and we couldn't have done it without Lauren. read more

Lauren was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive and was always thoughtful about what type of home would work for us. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

Lauren and Nao are the perfect team and were amazing to work with! Lauren is very knowledgeable about the South Bay market and gave us great information and direction when we discussed the neighborhoods and houses we were interested in. She was very supportive and explained every step of the process so that we were fully prepared when we submitted offers and closed escrow. We always felt confident in our decisions because Lauren was able to give quick and insightful feedback either with us at a private showing or the next day after she went to see it. For the house we purchased, we told Lauren we wanted to submit an aggressive offer to potentially beat out competition before the open house. We were able to get our offer accepted the day before the scheduled open house and still got a great deal (appraiser thinks so). As great as Lauren is, it just so happens that Nao gave us the tours at the two private showings that we submitted offers on, including the house we love and recently purchased. Nao also offered great insight during the tours that helped in our decision making. I work in Real Estate Management so I can understand and truly appreciate all of the time and attention to detail that Nao put in so that we were always informed and escrow went smoothly. She gave us an escrow timeline the day after our offer was accepted, updated it every step of the process, coordinated the communication between us and the inspectors/contractors and was personally at every inspection. Her coordination was critical so that we had all of the information we needed in order to submit a request for repairs and waive the home inspection contingency. Nao is also very nice and lovely to work with. We would definitely recommend Lauren, Nao and the Lauren Weber Group to our family and friends and will definitely work with them again in the future! read more

Lauren and her team are the most honest, friendly, easy to work with, easy to talk to people I've had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. They always put YOU first no matter what time of day it is and even on the weekends! Lauren - Thanks for going above and beyond for me and my family. You drove all the way to Indio from Redondo to show us homes, you printed copies of all the houses with their information for us. You then drove all the way to Indio again for the house inspection because we wouldn't be able to make it in time. All the while with the biggest smile and honest opinions to make us feel comfortable every step of this stressful endeavor. read more

Lauren and Nao went on a journey with us as first time homebuyers! We started looking end of 2019 / beginning of 2020 and played the 'hot and cold' game that I'm sure most first timers do. Lauren was patient throughout it all, always jumping on every house we wanted to see, being sure to get us a showing in the most competitive of times! Lauren and Nao drove out to Woodland Hills for us more times than I can count. Dealing with traffic but always showing up with a smile, knowledge about the property, walking through and helping us observe homes in the quick 10-15 minute showings we had. We couldn't have done it without them! The house hunt in the height of the pandemic was not easy, but they made it happen and now I can't even remember how stressful it was - because we found our dream home after about a year+ of looking! Lauren and her team went above and beyond for us. They were in constant communication with us and our lender, always on top of everything, being present for our inspections when we had conflicting schedules and also being present and asking the right questions that we, as excited home buyers, may have forgotten to ask. I cannot say enough good things, except if you are in need of a realtor, you better work with Lauren and her team. You will be so glad you did! read more

Lauren helped my wife and I purchase our first home together and despite being based in the South Bay, she traveled down the 405 fwy numerous times to accommodate our home search in Orange County. I mention that first and foremost because it really speaks volumes about her dedication and commitment to always putting her clients first. She made sure we were fully informed and explained all of our options in a way that was easy to understand and made us feel comfortable that we would have no regrets in our decisions. Lauren's knowledge of the real estate market and passion for helping clients really gave us the confidence to know that we had someone in our corner that would support us 110%. This was especially evident when it came time to request and fight for allowances after the home inspection revealed some major issues that needed to be addressed. Lauren treats all of their clients like family and this is evident in the hand written notes, monthly newsletters, community events, and client parties they throw (for example, the pumpkin patch themed Halloween party for past and present clients last Fall). You should have complete confidence that you will receive top-notch service, attention, and support throughout your home purchasing or selling process. We will definitely be using Lauren and her team in the future... but that might not be for 20+ years because they already helped us buy our DREAM HOME. Thank you Lauren! read more

Where to start?! Finding Lauren was kismet and I'm so grateful that it happened! I randomly saw an Instagram ad from Compass on downloading a first time home buyer guide. I put in my email to receive it and Lauren reached out! Right off the bat--she was so informative and kind, very patient. My husband and I weren't ready to buy a home when she reached out but that didn't matter to her! She made it a priority to help educate us and answer all of our questions. A few months later when we were ready to start the process...we knew we had to work with her! Buying a home during the pandemic is crazy! But you can ALWAYS count on Lauren to be on top of it. She's an amazing communicator and is so great at strategy. She works with you to see what you like and don't like and is very organized. You always feel like her top priority. If you're buying in LA, you know it's a very competitive market. Lauren does her best to make sure you stand out when making an offer while also managing it at your comfort level. She would never ever push you to a decision you're uncomfortable making! She's also with you throughout the whole process! She recommended lenders to us from connections she already had but even VETTED a lender when we said we wanted to look into a credit union. We love our lender and also consider him a friend now! She brought 110% when we put in offers and she was the most helpful person ever during a very stressful escrow. If you've read this long...I'll wrap up by saying that you want an agent who you can depend on no matter what! Lauren Weber is THE person to do that! Also last tip, if you're like us and love to constantly learn more. Check out her Instagram for her Weber Weekly videos! She shares so much and just wants people to be informed about the home buying (or selling) process. read more

Lauren Weber is the consummate professional and we would recommend her to any family seeking an honest, knowledgeable, and profitable experience. We are 100% completely happy with our experience with Lauren through two real estate transactions (as a buyer and a seller). We sold our home in Torrance in April 2022 which started out as a relatively straight-forward transaction, until it came to the inspection which uncovered a water leak that we (as diligent homeowners) never even knew about. The transaction could have easily fallen apart on the spot. Nonetheless, Lauren worked immediately and tirelessly with the buyers and their agent to communicate flawlessly on our plan to remediate the situation. Lauren turned into a "general contractor" overnight and pieced together a first-class professional team to complete the repairs timely and on budget. The transaction closed much earlier than we anticipated and with no impact to the sale price, which, by the way, significantly exceeded everyone's expectations. Through the extra hours (weeks) that Lauren poured into this sale, we got to know her on an even deeper level. She genuinely tends to her clients' well-being as her personal responsibility and conducts her business with the highest level of integrity. We are blessed to have worked with Lauren Weber and any family would be lucky to call her their agent. read more

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with the Lauren Weber group! Nao, our agent, was truly exceptional and made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable. In addition to being professional, knowledgable and enthusiastic, she is also a very warm person who is passionate about her job and who always goes above and beyond to help. What we think sets her apart from many realtors is the fact that she truly cares about her clients, and her priority is always to make sure they make the right choice and are happy, not to just close a transaction. As first time homebuyers, we did not know what to expect in today's crazy market, but we were truly impressed by Nao. She was there patiently guiding us through every step of the way, and proactively communicating every detail in a timely manner. She understood our needs and never missed one detail, no matter how big or small. She worked day and night with us and was incredibly responsive to our calls, texts and emails. She was dedicated to helping us find the house of our dreams, and she did. Her suggested approach got us multiple accepted offers (which is NOT easy in today's crazy seller's market, and with all the buyer bidding wars). Even when Nao was out for a few days for personal reasons, she was still responsive and made sure we had all the information that we needed. We also had the pleasure of working with Lauren at this time, who was also great and very helpful. It was wonderful working with the team and we honestly can't recommend them enough for all your real estate needs. Rest assured that if you work with them, you'll get the time and effort that you are looking for from a realtor, and that you'll be happy with the results! read more

It has been 4 years since Lauren helped me buy the west Los Angeles home I live in today, but I still cannot say enough good things about her. Time has proven that this dream house has become the perfect home for me to raise my family- and she did everything she could to make that happen. Even after we closed escrow, I have felt comfortable reaching out to her about a few home warranty type questions and she always followed through- referencing documentation and making phone calls when necessary. She is so personable that she even sends handwritten notes every year on our home buying anniversary! I referred her to my friends, who also successfully bought their home in Torrance this year. If I were to move again, I would absolutely use her as my agent... but she helped me get the right home the first time, so I hopefully don't need to move again anytime soon! My original post from 2017: Lauren helped us get our dream home in July 2016! (Lauren and her team are a small but mighty team, but I interacted primarily with Lauren.) Even though we were looking in west LA (not quite Redondo Beach), a less familiar geographic location didn't throw her off her game. She eagerly set up showings for us (the fun part) and patiently walked us through heap loads of paperwork (the worst part). Once we found our perfect home- she made sure that we triple checked everything and weren't just blinded by real-estate-love. Buying a house is not only a large investment but also an emotional rollercoaster, so it is important to have someone that genuinely empathizes with your concerns, celebrates with your excitement, and acts as a pragmatic voice of reason; Lauren is the perfect balance for all three when you need it. It's been less than a year and we have already made so many wonderful memories in our new home, and we can't wait for more to come. Thank you Lauren!! read more

My wife bought our townhome 10 years ago and we're very emotionally attached to it.  It was her first home purchase, made several upgrades where she painstakingly selected everything myself, and this is where we brought our daughter home from the hospital a little over a year ago. However, it was time to trade up for a single family residence for the entire family, and we were anxious and extremely stressed about letting go of the home and finding the right house that might be our "forever" home. Lauren and her team helped us find and secure a house that we love and also made the experience a rewarding and exciting one, with the least amount of stress possible. First of all, they listened to our goals, hopes, fears, and many many questions.  They were hands off when we were busy and just needed time to think, and they were hands-on and very detail oriented when I was anxious and needed immediate answers to my questions and concerns at various steps in the process. They started off by helping us come up with a long term plan to first sell our townhome and then find the right home for our family.  We discussed many details because my wife needed to understand the strategy and timing since I was worried that we would sell the home that we loved and then feel pressured into settling for a house out of fear of being homeless. After helping us prepare and stage our townhome for sale, we were fortunate to receive multiple offers.  Lauren helped us select and close the deal with a seller who was ideal for our situation.  Not only did we get an offer above asking, but we closed quickly which positioned us nicely if we wanted to make an offer on a home soon, and also had an option for a long lease back, giving us plenty of time to find a house that we truly loved. As we moved into the phase focusing on our house hunt, we found ourselves getting confused over priorities and also wondered whether I was holding out for something that didn't exist.  Lauren had us visit their office where we reviewed data and statistics of past home sales in the areas we were interested in.  We discussed the listings we found, what we liked and did not like about them and ultimately developed a better idea of how often homes matching our exact criteria appeared on the market.  The time she spent to go over this in detail really helped me feel more secure because we felt like we could make informed decisions, leaving a little less to chance. Ironically, we found the house that we loved within a week of that meeting.  In a seller's market, we needed to make a competitive offer when we found our dream home.  We have been saving for years and we didn't want to "miss out" when we decided to make an offer on the right house.  Lauren had recommended a Loan Officer who was able to match the competitive rate of our bank.  When we found the home we wanted to purchase, they worked together to develop a strategy that would appeal to the sellers interests.   Lauren had multiple discussions with the listing agent and we believed that friendly relationship and open communication really contributed to quick negotiations and our offer ultimately being selected, despite not being the "highest" of multiple offers.   One challenge in the escrow of our new home was that we were NOT in town during the inspections!!!   That sounds crazy, but it was necessary to secure the deal and we had a planned family reunion out of state.  Lauren was awesome!!!  She gave us options for the inspection companies, setup the inspections for us, was present at every one of them, and also was ready to facetime with us at the end of each in order for us to participate in each meeting with the inspector.  She was the glue holding it all together since we were unable to be there in person for such an important step of the escrow process.  She served as the go-between for all communications and she also made herself available for many discussions offline to discuss the results for everything.   We ended up closing escrow on the house of our dreams.  Lauren and Michelle were integral to making it happen and also a big part of minimizing our stress throughout such an important process which was both financially and emotionally taxing.  They were professional and provided sound advice on the process, but they were also patient, understanding, and provided emotional support when we had doubts and just needed a hand to hold during a stressful process. We would highly recommend Lauren to help you secure the house of your dreams. read more

One of my biggest dream in life was to be a homeowner. Living in Southern California has been quite challenging to see this dream come to life. Until I reached out to Lauren Weber for help and guidance. The process was initially intimidating and scary because I had no idea what I was doing or if I can even afford anything. I decided to reach out because I wanted a recommendation on what I should do to prepare myself if I ever want to be a homeowner (do I need to take up a 2nd job or sell my blood?). To start, Lauren was the biggest breath of fresh air. She reassured me that my fears are normal and that I was probably not too far away from my dreams as I was imagining. After the therapy session (free of charge), Lauren took on the difficult task of finding out what I was looking for in my dream home by asking great questions, some that I haven't even asked myself. She took the time to organize all the information collected and that helped me to evaluate my purchasing goals. Lauren worked her magic and set me up to only reviewed homes that applied to what I wanted through her portal of homes on the market. During this time, Lauren also set me up for a pre-approval, which is another important step in determining what I was able to afford. These 3 initially process took less than a week to complete. Lauren had an enchanted way of completing all the required tasks promptly and most importantly, she made them feel so effortless and not stressful at all. I later found out that the first few steps of home buying can be lengthy and exhausting, but thanks to Lauren it felt kind of exciting and fun. Everything that transpired after that week was even more remarkable and fast-paced. Lauren found the perfect home, orchestrated a private showing (during covid-19), and got my offer accepted in less than 4 days. Lauren and her wonderful team took care of all requirements during Escrow! I did not have to lift a finger, make any appointments, or even leave my house during the health pandemic! The next thing I knew, I was doing my final walk through and we were closing Escrow in record time, less than 30 days. Lauren took my dreams and made it into reality in less than one month. It occasionally doesn't feel real. Lauren has completely changed my life most positively. Not only did Lauren made one of my biggest dreams come true; she also enabled me to feel proud, liberated, empowered, and just overwhelmed with happiness. I will never be able to thank Lauren and her team enough. I don't even think this review is going to justify just how wonderful Lauren is.. as a realtor and as a person. I have recommended Lauren to all my friends because I hope to spread this joy with anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home. I wish there is more I can do to Thank Lauren! At this point, I will be continuing to work hard and hopefully save up enough money to afford another home in the FAR future, so I can one day work with Lauren and her team again! read more

Lauren was the absolute BEST agent to help us found our perfect home! This was an extra special occasion because it was my husband and I's first time buying a home. We feel so incredibly lucky to have had the privilege to work with Lauren. Not only was she professional, but she was patient and helped us find the home of our dreams. She is NOT pushy for a sale and she truly works with everything on your list. She will be honest when she notices a house is not right for you, and she really takes time to get to know you. Furthermore, she works with your budget, your interests, your needs, your timeline, and all of your requests. She is an incredibly kind and professional expert when it comes to the housing market and we couldn't be more pleased to have had the chance to work with her. After this entire process, we are now long lasting friends. Thank you SO much for going above and beyond and for giving us an excellent experience! XO-The Millers read more

I spent a lot of time unsuccessfully looking for the perfect home - a place with tons of natural light, a garage, oceanview, backyard and in-unit W/D. I finally reached out to Lauren and was happy I did so. The LA housing market is competitive and overwhelming (esp. in the South Bay), but she guided me through the entire process. Within a few days, she provided me with a few options that checked all my boxes - one of which I loved after the tour. With her expertise (and implementation of a few tips and tricks) my offer was accepted! Lauren helped us sell our condo right before covid hit, and then helped us buy a new house during the height of covid. Needless to say, it wasn't the easiest time to go tour homes but Lauren made the process so painless and easy for us! She got us into a neighborhood we didn't think was attainable and it's all do to her great negotiation skills. She is the best of the best in the South Bay. Always available to answer questions, goes above and beyond for her clients. You'll miss her after you buy a house and don't have to talk to her everyday, I promise!!! read more

We worked with Lauren to buy our new house in Torrance and to sell our previous house in Westchester, and without a doubt, she was the key to making both experiences a success. First, regarding the buying process, Lauren initially talked us through the pros and cons of the various South Bay areas, considering, for example, the schools, housing prices, and land considerations (i.e., soil issues that we weren't previously aware of). Her familiarity with the area helped us to decide which neighborhoods would be most appropriate for our growing family. With that in mind, we began to view houses and ended up getting our offer accepted on a house that received multiple offers. For those looking for a house in Torrance, you likely know that the market has become increasingly competitive, and the number of offers that houses receive are well into the double digits. Our house was no exception, and without Lauren's insight, we very well may not have gotten our offer accepted. In addition to frequently communicating with the sellers' agent, she also did her homework to identify comps and appraisals for recently sold/pending houses by leveraging her resources and well-established network. Once our offer was accepted, she helped guide us through escrow by diligently following up on the loan approval, overseeing the inspections, reminding us about every deadline, and promptly answering all of our questions along the way. When it came to selling our house, Lauren talked us through the process and her recommendations, and once again, put in the extra effort to attend open houses and speak to other sellers' agents in our area to get a feel for the market in our specific neighborhood. Following her recommendations, we received multiple offers on our house and were able to sell it for well above our asking price after listing it for sale for less than a week. We've learned that having the right realtor makes all the difference when buying and selling your home. The process, which can be an emotional rollercoaster and at times inconvenient, especially given busy work and family schedules, is not an easy one. However, Lauren's experience, responsiveness, flexibility, and professional reputation made the experience as easy as possible, and we can't thank her enough. read more

Anyone going through a house buying process fo rhte first time must strongly consider using Lauren--especially if you are looking in the South Bay! At first, I had many questions as to the kind of home I wanted (where, how many rooms, school districts, etc.). I had been considering a home for quite soe time, but had no direction. Luckily for me, I came across Lauren who was able to help me not only find what I was looking for, but the price I needed to be at!:) We spent several months going back and forth on homes, and I have to say, I know this would have wore out most agents. She never once lost sigh of what I needed nor did she give up a single bit. She finally found the perfect home for me and I couldn't be happier. Her work didn't stop there....After figuring out what I wanted and how much I could afford, she walked me through the process of bidding, rebidding & negotiating. She many inspectors come to view the house before I purchased it, and made a genuine effort to make sure that the home was in good condition with--NO SURPRISES--before buying it. I myself am a business owner, and I wish I had 100 employees like Lauren. She really goes the extra 1902342302471034 miles tomake sure you get what you want/need. I truly can not say enough how AMAZING Lauren and her team are to work with. Immediately after the initial first phone call my husband and I knew that we were in the best hands. Lauren always showed us what was in our price range and was always honest about work houses needed, what it would take financially and if she didn't feel a house was the right fit and why. Lauren worked really hard to get us a fair price, and to get the most for our money, she really had our back! When we got our offer accepted we were overwhelmed thinking about all the things that needed to be done. Immediately Lauren set up emails, appointments and referrals for us. She made the process as seamless as possible, took notes when the inspectors spoke in case there was anything we missed, always asked questions and then went over everything to make sure we understood. When our roof would have needed to be replaced soon after the sale to ensure ongoing insurance coverage, she negotiated to make sure we were given the adequate funds to make that happen. This truly speaks to her character and how she goes above and beyond for her clients, she made sure that we were set up for success long after close of escrow. Lauren is extremely patient, responsive, reliable, honest and the hardest working agent, all while remaining positive, hopeful and upbeat. Her team meets her same high standards, as first time home buyers we have had so many questions- Lauren and her team were clear, answered every single one and never once made us feel like a burden. I have recommended her to any and every one- having had friends previously go through this process with less than stellar results I can say with confidence Lauren is one in a million! Thank you Lauren for being such a huge part in helping my family reach our home ownership goal!! read more

After many house hunting failed during 2021-22, we stopped looking for houses, until a few months ago, we got back our courage to visit an open house, hoping we could ask for the referral of a real estate agent. Lauren was introduced to us by the open house' listing agent. We tried an offer for that property, but due to our limited situation, we have to move on for another property. On the second house hunting, Lauren already shows her confidence and professionalism in the real estate field. She created an excellent bridge between us and the listing agent of the property we put an offer on. We had worked with 3 other real estate agents in the past. I realized that a good, experienced agent is the key to getting the house we want. Lauren has been able to work between my schedule, she responds to my inquiries right away, and has been very patient in guiding and advising us on all our concerns. Between my hectic schedule of work and a full time mom, I often left out the things we need to get/do. Here is Lauren's biggest key point; she made us a list, a step-by-step guidance so that we won't miss our deadline. She gives a very thorough and detailed description of what we need to do, and why we have to do it, because she knows that we wanted a house! I just can't thank her enough for her effort and patience, with my many questions, which oftentimes I had to ask more than once! Lauren's other key-point is; her understanding of our situation, and finally her effort to check on us and to make sure that throughout the process from putting the offer until the escrow closed, are still meet our endpoint. And here we are, less than 2 months since our first meeting, just at the second house hunt, we got the house we always wanted, and had it closed way earlier than our deadline. I highly recommend Lauren and her team to be your real estate agent. My plan in the near future of home buying or selling, will definitely contact Lauren, and I just can't wait! read more
