This newspaper is /was an evening paper. Now it is a two day old news/ newspaper. It's delivered by…read morethe USPS, so if it's a holiday for them you get no paper. No credit, just no paper. The next edition you get will be three day old news. The paper has shrunk from what it used to be and the sports page is a joke. Two day old scores and usually no mention of Nascar races. There was a part where it told you the upcoming baseball or what season sports is on, time and day for the week.They shrunk this feature so small it is almost impossible to read.One issue last week had seven pages where they forgot to put ink in the printer because the pages were almost blank. I only get this paper because I have been a subscriber for over 50 years. Their reign is soon to end. Today I got a bill where the price has gone up eleven dollars. No warning ,no notice, nothing except a bill. Just pay up and shut up. The paper used to be pretty good when Alma Ellis ran it now since Hearst took over it's a joke. Lately the paper is 40 pages, dowm from the usual 44. Heck, they cant even fold the paper properly. It's never evenly folded down the middle. Today I called to ask about my bill and was put on hold for 7 minutes, then the line went to a busy signal and then went dead. I called again and the message said the office was closed. Do yourself a favor and save your money this paper is on its last leg and will be gone soon.

Many things could improve. From the first few phones calls…read moreof what they said they could do for us, trying to win "us over" to get our business, didn't happen. The list of names and addresses they said they could get, they ended up not being able to. We had to buy our list from another company and provide it to Reminder Media. We were told the total fee that we could pay in payments or in-full. We paid in-full. Then during the 4 mailings (1x a month) they reached out saying we needed to pay more. An employee that is no longer working there made an error. She counted the names wrong to the number of mailers. They had my list for 3 months and then realized they charged wrong. I'm wondering if they really mailed all the thousands of mailers that we paid for. Out of thousands of names and addresses WE provided, we got 4 clients to respond (during the first 2 mailers). The communication was great during the sales part and once we agreed to the purchase of the mailers, the communication changed. It's unfortunate how our experience went with Reminder Media. We are a small business and were wanting to do a few different mailings throughout the year. We learned our lesson.
