Long story short: poor communication and shameful customer service on the part of Joelle Fleeger and her staff resulted in me moving all of my business to a competitor. Frankly, I had no idea how bad of a deal I was getting at Gunn Mowery until I moved. When I instructed Ms. Fleeger that I had moved my policies, she was audibly thrilled (highly unprofessional). Bottom line: if you are looking for an agent to take your money and deliver poor customer service, bring your business here. Good riddance.

There is nothing they will do for you after the sale. I was involved in a total loss hit and run crash November 2024. I had to fight my way to a settlement with Erie, and throughout the entire process, which lasted weeks, CIA had absolutely nothing to say and did absolutely nothing on my behalf. Erie Insurance did only what was required by PA law. While the Police did locate and charge the driver that fled the scene, Erie's agents had no interest in pursuing him on my behalf to assure a better outcome for me. Erie only sent me a letter expressing how I should be conscious of their own best interests. Now I must find another vehicle, chase after a criminal, and consider what my future with Erie and Consumers should be.
