After about 10 minutes Wendy Grimm Doneyhue came in, apologized for the delay. Explained they were very backed up, had some kind of an emergency. But they could've called patients and said we need to delay your appointment instead of making at least 30 people wait in the waiting room. After she explained to me that it was not what I thought it was that it was just a cyst, I asked how long the procedure would be. She said about two minutes. But she then she said that she didn't have time to do it today! I was infuriated but contained my anger. So it's been more than a month and I'm still waiting with this damn thing on my eye and it is really irritating me. There's not a lot of choices for an ophthalmologist here in this shit little town, but you'd think that they would realize that when people need care, to the patient they're the most important person. That's not at all a consideration here. Not sure I can recommend them for anything.

Now known as Warren General Eye Care. I had an absolutely wonderful experience under the care of Dr…read moreWendy Doneyhue. She removed bilateral cataracts and inserted new lenses... the left eye required a toric lens not covered by my insurance... the cost to me was over $300 less than any other office. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Wendy was very professional and caring... she even called to check on me the evening of surgery. The results were more than I ever thought possible. I was extremely happy with my overall experience and would highly recommend her.

Two days later an office girl called, told me that my husband needed to come in to go over pathology report and scheduled him for same day appointment. Doctors don't normally tell you to come in to go over negative reports so we thought it was bad news and was extremely upset. On our way there our cell rang, it was the same girl saying she'd just realized it was the same report he'd already went over with Dr. Wolfe two days before, I told her we were almost there and was still coming in because he needed to also go over recent lab work that came back as Abnormal, when we arrived she told us there was no need to be there, when asked why she called she acted like it was funny. I exploded on her and told her "FORGET IT WE WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR" and we left. How dare her call and scare us then act like it was nothing. We started going to Seneca Medical Center 20 years ago, always saw PA Michael Mewes who was very knowledgeable, more so than the doctors. But Michael retired a couple years ago, we should have left then too, but began seeing Dr. Wolfe, I recently changed to a different doctor when he had me upset saying I had stress on my heart then sent me to heart doctor for scope on my heart, it ended up that all I needed was for him to change my blood pressure medicine. My husband ntended to leave once his biopsy issue was resolved, but he left today and we will never go back. He is scheduled with a new doctor's office to go over his results next week. In recent years, Seneca Medical Center has changed from UPMC affiliated, to Butler Health , and now currently Independence Health Systems, they don't know who they want to be but I do know they have lost 2 longtime patients due to their incompetence.

I love the PA Micheal and most of the nurses. But Dr Rossino I will never see again. I was having…read moresevere stomach pains for 3 days so I went to see her. She felt my belly ordered blood work and once the blood work came back with a high hcg result she would no longer help me even though I was still in severe pain. She told me I was pregnant to call an OB she could no longer help me. The pain was NOT localized to my lower abdomen. I went to the ER. And I'm so glad I did. 1 ultrasound sound and blood work later I had EMERGENCY SURGERY. If I wouldn't have listened to my gut and gone to the ER I could have been in much worse condition or dead because a Dr. Who is supposed to help people brushed me off just because I had a positive pregnancy result. Trust your gut. Literally.
