We were outside the warranty, however, Steven was able to find a frame, on site, at an extremely reasonable price, that he could put my wife's lenses' in! Within 15 minutes of entering the building, he had a solution to the broken glasses, repaired them, and we were on our way!! His level of service, and willingness to go the extra mile to solve this issue, is VERY much appreciated. We are very proud to have a local business in our community that serves our area so well. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses. The glasses are great, but I cannot see with the sunglasses. I paid over $200 for them, have been back twice and nothing is fixed, so I can't wear. Wasted money for sure. Because I need prescription sunglasses, I called a month after my visit, when I realized they weren't going to make things right, to get my prescription to order a pair on-line. They sent my prescription, but not the PD. When I called for my PD, I was told it would be $25 for the PD. LOL...LOL...LOL. Fast forward to today, I was going to give them another chance since I loved the doctor and just get my glasses elsewhere. Well...they cancelled my appointment and instead of calling me, sent me 2 texts, that I didn't receive. How about pick up the phone? I have asked to speak with the doctor or have the doctor call me back 4 times and nothing. This office does not care about patients. This office is going to break this doctor.

I have been coming here for close to 10 years and absolutely love the care that I receive…read more Appointments are never too late, if they do run late, it's usually no more than 15 minutes. The nurses are kind, and everyone really keeps you in the loop and are informative. Dr. Mehle does his best to see patients promptly and is EXTREMELY knowledgable. I have seen him for several different ailments and each time, he's hit the nail on the head with diagnosis and treatment. Great nurses, great specialist, I love it!
