My daughter booked LWP for a session in the Outer Banks as a surprise for me, so I can't address the cost of the session, but I can tell you that Laura was AMAZING. She arrived early and scoped out the perfect place on the beach for our pictures. She did each family separately and was especially good at getting our little 3 month old grandaughter to look at the camera, then took many whole family pictures. A few days later the pictures arrived. Laura promised them within 30 days, so we were thrilled when they arrived as we were all still together. These are the best family photos we've ever had. Perfect lighting and backdrop, perfectly edited....I could go on and on, but ultimately I want to highly recommend Laura Walter Photography. She was lovely and so are our photos. read more

Most families and couples say they are surprised by how much fun they have when we meet to make their images. My style focuses on your unique connection. My style of photography results in a collection of images that speak to your families unique beauty and connection. History

Established in 2017.

I began photography the way many artists. I was trying to learn something new about my camera, and once I figured it out..... I just never put the camera back down. I have been blessed with never ending support from my community and family. My style has evolved from many different aspects of photography and the human connections that occur at photo sessions. I enjoy capturing emotion, light, and movement that are true to the moment and beautiful forever.

Meet the Business Owner: Laura W.

I live in Currituck County with my husband and best friend of 16 years, three of our five children and three sweet pups - a Golden Retriever, a Golden Doodle, and a Yorkshire Terrier. When I'm not photographing you will find me walking my dogs, playing with the kids, or at the beach in the summertime. I have a large crazy family, and adore every part of it. I know how difficult it can be to see beauty in the madness as we live it, which is why I strive to create large all inclusive galleries that are true to the moment, natural, and tell your story. (I honestly think I have that country song, "Your gonna miss this" playing in my head on repeat everytime I shoot.) I mean life just passes us by so quickly, and I think it's so important that we give ourselves these things we can hold onto.
