I bundle based on their advice and I have the best combination of appropriate and good insurance for house and cars. I've had a couple of agents, but I've never been anything but satisfied. They've handled a couple of situations well, I had a flugelhorn stolen (I was careless), and I had my car insurance bounce up after two accidents that really weren't my fault. And the lions at the entrance are cool. I know the big insurance companies are very seductive with the absolute best commercials on television, but think about the advertising budget. Insurance companies are in the business of making money, not helping you. You need an insurance agent on your side, someone you can trust who knows what she's doing. You'll find here here. Wow this was the best experience with working with an insurance company I have ever had…read more My car was damaged and the person had Progressive insurance so I went to the claim center and Matt was my go to between his company and there client. I had a unique situation with there client and Matt was instrumental in helping fix the situation so all people were satisfied and my car will be fixed and there client has minimal damage there policy. There are super into there customers and if a car pulls in some one immediately walks out to greet them which I saw about 6 times. There is a large spacious waiting area with complementary drinks and snacks which included tea, water, soda. Coffee, cookies, chips etc. It was actually comfy and there is a kids area with coloring goodies for the kids. I was amazed that I left with a check on the spot to repair the damage to my car. This operation was was totally impressive compared to my insurance company and I have a big name one. After my awesome experience with Progressive I would definitely look into them if I want to change company's in the future. I was totally impressed today with my contact and the do a really great job even though I'm not a client of them.
