My company and I were in the Houston area for our Annual Meeting and wanted updated headshots for the entire team (25 people). Melissa provided a very reasonable quote within a day and came to our meeting location so we could take headshots on-site without missing much of the meeting. She worked with each person to get the headshot they wanted, took specific editing requests and returned amazing photos to us within 2 weeks. If I lived in the Houston area, I would use her again and again. My team and I could not be more pleased. Thanks, Melissa!

When my fiancé told me she wanted to get married in Arkansas (we live in California), my first task…read morewas to research what videographers were in the area. I work in the Film & TV industry, so I can be pretty picky when it comes to the look of a video. I researched somewhere between 8 - 10 potential videographers, and I consistently kept coming back to Haziel. Their videos have a magical quality to them that makes them stand head and shoulders above the rest. Randy and Olga were incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, I was running behind the schedule I had given them, but they didn't bat an eye. They got fantastic coverage of every facet of the ceremony and reception, and perfectly captured the feeling of an intimate family gathering that I had hoped for. For this, I cannot recommend Haziel enough.

There's nothing similar about any two weddings. At best a wedding is a snowflake of events designed…read morewith rock sediment. However, there are some core "components". One of those components was delegated to me ... photography. Since I randomly post food, drink and location photos on Yelp. Amy felt I was overqualified to take on this task. You already knew that I'm uniquely qualified to take on this challenge. Let's Go! The good news is that there are plenty of photographers to choose from in our area. But we were looking for a wedding photographer, not someone who's in the photography "anything" business. There's a difference, take a serious look at their website. Are there graduation photos of a six year old or family reunion photos or baby photos? I'm way to "Conservative" to keep someone from a legitimate business venture, but after a few initial calls with these professionals. We needed a wedding photographer. What we found was something more... we found someone that cared about our story, the how, the what, the when, of our relationship. We found someone who could explain why engagement photos were important, who taught us about color coordination, and a few "dance steps and poses" too. Our initial contact with Stephanie was like any awkward lunch date in High School. We enjoyed tacos, queso and laughs as we got to know each other. For Stephanie, she had client criteria too. She chose us as much as we chose her. Things that I believe will continue to set her apart are the micro details that two project managers like Amy and I appreciate ... cloth covered boxes with her initials, a wedding book of expectations and topics for us to discuss in preparation. Things that I appreciated, online billing process, and her contracts are online too. The other thing was her confidentiality and ownership of the digital photos and usage was clear and understandable. She's a professional from scheduling to the smallest detail. Amy and I have been consistently pleased with each step of the wedding photography process. We are so blessed that she chose us. I hope she chooses you.

We paid them in full exceeding $500 and my mother even spoke with Anna the day before the wedding to make sure everything was ready. She totally forgot about my wedding on the day of, just did not show up. Hours after they were supposed to arrive, we finally got ahold of her. Multiple people were calling and texting. We were given really immature excuses, like, "my Google calendar didn't tell me about your wedding for some reason." She finally found somebody to come out and got everything installed literally as the wedding started. The flowers were all tangled since it was thrown up so quickly. After the wedding, they were supposed to come tear everything down. Our venue had a deadline for us to be out. My parents had to stand around waiting and waiting for someone to show up. More tracking down Anna. They decided they would just come back in the morning and did not mention that to any of us. The next day, I reached out to Anna to talk about the incident. I had to explain how unacceptable this was to even get an apology. I spent my getting ready time on my wedding day tracking down Dancenhance who literally took our money and forgot the wedding. Weddings are so expensive and stressful, this lack of professionalism was appalling.
