I chose Brittany based off her reviews and I am SO GLAD I did! I am not a huge makeup enthusiast so…read moreI was looking for an expert who was versatile, could do natural glam, a soft and romantic look, and most importantly had good vibes. Brittany exceeded my expectations. She was responsive, kind, calming, affordable, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I did the trial run (no regrets) and Brittany came to my home. We went over makeup options, different hair options, and veil placement options. She asked lots of questions to make sure I was comfortable with everything, her skincare prep was fabulous and my makeup looked great! She spent the time to go over each step and customized my look based on my feedback. She's a true natural and was able to take my confusing feedback and turn it into exactly what I was envisioning. On the wedding day, Brittany was such a calm and happy presence in the room. My whole family loved her. We changed a few things we had gone over at the trial, and she remembered everything! Even things I had forgotten mentioning. That meant a lot to me. Brittany truly cares about her clients and it's clear she takes her job seriously. Most people in the wedding industry just treat you like another number but Brittany was the only person in the whole process who treated me like me. Brittany also did my 13 year old's hair and makeup for the wedding. I was worried about her looking too mature but Brittany did her makeup so perfectly, it just highlighted her features in such a soft, natural way... I was honestly speechless. I'm an anxious worrier but I never had to give a second thought to my hair/makeup/veil. Brittany added body glow and left behind a little touch up kit that had everything I needed. She even helped my mom with her makeup and lashes and squeezed in a friend who needed last minute hair and makeup services. My hair and makeup lasted all night, looked fabulous, and I felt like a star. I would hire Brittany again in a heartbeat to do anything makeup or hair related. She is truly an expert in her craft and her passion shows. In all the crazy hecticness of the wedding world - Brittany was the one of my favorite parts.

Looking for a person that would keep my eyebrows looking as natural as possible was my biggest concern. Lynn was highly recommended and when we met it was an instant match. She really listen when I said that I did not want crazy eye brows. I wanted natural and a little uneven to look even more natural. I didn't want to look like a clown, I wanted a masculine look. Lynn really listen and started lightly. Lynn also let me choose how dark I wanted to go. She gave me tips on how to keep them darker by going darker plus tips on how to rinse, etc . Lynn made sure to inform me that going a little darker would allow them to last longer. I trusted her guidance and she was right. By third visit I decided to go darker and it was a little weird at first but then they lighten up and I was able to find a sweet spot. I am a professional makeup artist contracted by this company, and I can tell you these folks…read moregenuinely have been abysmal to deal with from an employee standpoint and I'm not sure what that says about them as a company, but I would NOT trust your credit card number with them. They pay us via their own online payroll system and we have to login to to transfer our funds to a bank account or Paypal. After working a few jobs with them, my account was hacked and someone was able to login, add a new transfer method and transfer my wages to their account within 4 minutes of my being notified of a "new login". I saw it immediately as I was on my computer when it happened, and changed the password, but it was too late. They had transferred funds to a Paypal account that was named with my last name, so it's obvious that there was some kind of data breach in their system that allowed for someone to strategize this and did this either to track their transfers or simply to fly under the radar and not be noticed. I didn't share my password or login with anyone, nor did I have any other login attempts or hacks on any other account so it's obviously stemmed from wherever this data is being stored. This also obviously was someone that knew their system well enough to be able to do this so quickly in spite of their website backend being a little strange to navigate. After completely ignoring multiple emails, their controller finally responded. I was shocked at the lack of seriousness in the company's response. I could not imagine why any company would not take seriously that their data is so not secure, that their employees wages are straight up getting stolen. Who runs their company that way? When I finally did get a response, the controller was not only NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT apologetic or empathetic for ACTUAL WAGES from hours of SKILLED WORK getting stolen from THEIR lack of security in THEIR unfortunate excuse for a payroll system, but when asked what the company was willing to do to rectify or assure me that I was safe to continue working and this would not happen again, she simply responded by denying that this has ever happened before and saying there was nothing she could do. I was floored. Any company that handles their employees and their online security this way has no ethics (at best) and can absolutely not be trusted, especially with your data and credit card info.
