I had the hugest blessing of being matched with Kim Martin at Dascoulias Realty Group to work with. I cant begin to express the level of knowledge, professionalism, patience, and determination that Kim possesses. I had a lot of extra challenges preparing the home for sale as it was acquired from my mother who had recently passed. There were many repairs needed for the home, so this took some time to accomplish. I would often get extremely overwhelmed and stressed during this process, having to find contractors, arraigning appointments. Kim jumped on board and gave awesome recommendations, all of whom turned out to be incredible. She was beyond encouraging and supportive! Kim went above and beyond a countless number of helping me understand the process, making sure I was on track selling the home. She is so versed in the industry (with market values, facts and figures) not just rattling numbers off, but fulling explaining things. I can't express enough how she helped me stay calm, assured, and positive about this process. Every communication from her was a sigh of relief and she always had something to relevant and positive to convey! Kim is an absolute powerhouse in her field, and I hope to remain in touch with her. Her integrity, work ethic and passion for helping people is unlike anything I have ever seen, bless her!

I have had nothing but a very positive experience with Full House Property Management (FHPM) in…read moreGreat Falls, MT. I rented an apartment with them from 2016 to 2017, and I have no complaints with the apartment or the management. When I rented with FHPM, the managers were John and Colleen Downham. I was on a tight schedule, but John went out of his way to meet me during the only window I had available and show me the three apartments that we discussed earlier that day. I got the keys to my apartment the following day, and had no issues with it the entire time I lived there. The only thing that happened during my rental period was that one of the common area washing machines didn't work, so I used a different machine and I left a message for FHPM that evening. I was told the machine was fixed the following day (I didn't verify this since I didn't need to do laundry again right away). When I moved out, Colleen quickly mailed me my full deposit back. This month, I am in need of a reference for another apartment rental in another state. Since I have lived in privately-owned housing ever since I moved way from MT, and for nearly two decades before renting in MT, FHPM was my only option I had to get a reference. I contacted FHPM, only to find out that John or Colleen were no longer there. Instead, Julie McHenry contacted me, and has been completely professional and understanding of my situation. She informed me that the previous management left very detailed records of my time with FHPM, and therefore she would gladly give me a reference. Julie even replied to an email I left her well after regular office hours one night. After such great service from Julie now, and John and Colleen then, I volunteered to give FHPM a review of my own. I strongly recommend giving FHPM a try if you are in need of an apartment in the greater Great Falls, MT area.

Even to this day, we were on time and ahead. She still chose to evict us, two people with disabilities, anyway . My wife is Blind, and I have severe mental health disabilities. But throwing us out into the street did not matter to her at all. The way that we are being forced out of this home is illegal according to Montana renters rights. I found this out when I called up the cascade county sheriffs department and I was told that the process that they are doing is completely wrong and illegal. We are supposed to get an eviction notice served by the sheriff department and that has never happened. With the moving process taking time to move everything out all I asked was for a few more days but instead of choosing to be understanding she decided to deduct money from our deposit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY

This review is going to be in two parts (with subsections), and not both are bad, but the overall…read moreis a two star rating. It should be noted that we live approximately 100 miles away from the good wood shop. 1. We ordered roughly $7,000.00 worth of custom countertops. The cottonwood is beautiful. Good review. They can cut wood and make it pretty. 2. When it was delivered to our house the sink portion was not included in the shipment. The cabinet contractor said "Chris (at Good Wood) said he never got the measurements for the cutout." I personally saw the emails sent to Chris by my wife that included the measurements and was personally there when she called and left several messages. Additionally, when my wife dropped off the sink, she spoke with Chris who confirmed he had the measurements. Obviously Chris was lying to the cabinet guy to cover not having cut the sink portion. No apology was provided. 2.1 After leaving approximately a dozen messages (over the course of a 4 days) between my wife and I, we received a call back saying they would cut out the sink part with the "newly received" measurements. No apology was provided. 2.2 After being without a kitchen sink for over a week, the cut out on the countertops were done. When I went to pick it up, I was provided with the sink parts. The sink parts were missing practically everything actually needed to mount the sink. Including the instructions. My bad for not opening the box and inventorying the contents. 2.3 After another dozen calls and messages, my wife finally received a call back stating that they had found the missing parts in the back of the wood shop. No apology was provided. 2.4 A colleague of ours was traveling through GF and picked up the remaining parts. Which, of course was missing the faucet mounting nut. We had called at least half a dozen times asking to "make sure the faucet mounting nut is IN THE BOX coming to us." Not one call was returned. Now...we were warned that there was very little communication between the Good Wood Guys and customers. This is fine if your contractor can deal with laziness, lack of customer service, and frankly just plain lack of caring for what happens once they cash the check. If you are dealing with them yourselves...once you leave the show room (which...honestly was a very pleasant experience...they are great in person) don't expect too much. Also, don't expect a "thank you for your $7K business" or any kind of maintenance tips for your product. We didn't receive any. Overall - 2 stars. Customer service is ABYSMAL. I would travel an additional 100 miles to be treated better.

Got a call a few days later and was told I was misquoted on two of the items and the price difference was more than $700! Okay, scratch those items. Get home and discover the mirrors are right, but they've delivered the WRONG medicine cabinet. I paid for a 36inch and they delivered a 30inch. Then I get a call from them stating my space saver is in. What space saver? I call to discuss space saver and wrong medicine cabinet. Was informed that the space saver was going to be a problem because it was a special order and was told by that gal that, "I specifically remember you saying, I want that (space saver) but not the shower door." That's not true! I WANTED the shower door and ordered it, but she called me a week later to tell me it was $500 more than she quoted me so I ditched it. The space saver is $238! Who would pay $238 for a space saver you can get at Bed Bath and Beyond for $90 buck?! Then to add insult to injury, she suggests that I go with the smaller medicine cabinet that I've got because people typically go with a cabinet smaller than their vanity. I don't care! Give me what I paid for! Speaking of paying. ..my credit card was charged but I to date have NEVER received an invoice. I have our hand written order slip--which she filled out--that shows what I ordered and prices--NO SPACE SAVER ON HERE, by the way but thanks for the good helping of guilt! Good, Lord. I just want my correct medicine cabinet (that I've already paid for) so I can be FINISHED dealing with them. I regret ever having purchased ANYTHING from this lady. I won't go back. ps, Mis-quoting someone on a shower door by $500 tells me you're nowhere in the ballpark of having a good knowledge base of what it is you're selling.
