Facilities are well kept, but the aisles are so narrow, you have to play a one-way game of merry-go-round with the other customers because 2 people with laundry cannot pass each other with any respect to personal space. Attendant lady was super friendly in a good way. Wash is a reasonable $2, $3 and $6 depending on the load size, but drying is a hefty $0.25/5 mins to dry. If you have comforters or rugs, I think you're limited to the $6 machines. Last wash is 9:15 and the doors lock at 10, facility closes at 10:30. You can go out, but you can't re-enter. TL;DR: Go, as long as it's not during peak laundry times.

Last wash is 6:30pm and last dry is 7pm. When they say they close at 8, they lock the doors and…read moreturn the lights off at 8. The machines take credit cards. Something like $2.25 for regular load, $1.25 for 35 mins of dryer time, if I remember correctly. I have been there twice for the self-service laundry. I try to be a positive person, so let's start with the good. The ladies there are no-nonsense, but can be sweet enough to send Santa into a diabetic coma. I am a klutz and dropped my detergent lid behind the machines and when I mentioned it, the lady immediately insisted on giving me one from hers. I had technical difficulties with a dryer and she moved me over to a different dryer and gave me 45 minutes instead of the 35 minutes I had paid for. Customer service A+. The reason I don't give this place 4 or 5 stars is because of the machines. I am admittedly picky AF, but if I am going to use a machine to clean clothes, I like for the machines to be at least as clean as I want my laundry to be. This is not the case. The detergent chutes are blackish and gunky and the place in general is older and leaky and in disrepair. First time I was there, 3 dryers were down, which includes the 2 I had trouble with. Second time, 5 dryers and 1 washing machine were out of order. My clothes came out only an average clean. I would normally give this place one more time to accurately triangulate my experience, but I'm leaving the area. TL;DR great customer service, but machines need cleaning/repair and clothes came out just average, so a respectable 3 stars.
