The cost for the 2 washers was $11 each. The machines worked well and the items came out clean. I took them home to dry. The reason for the low rating is the lack of care to the premises. When I have visited in the past, the attendant on duty has been a female who was always busy wiping, cleaning and tidying. On this occasion, there was a young man behind the desk. He spent the entire time that I was there checking messages and texting. He made no effort to care for customers or the property. The floors were filthy, folding tables needed to be wiped down and the tops of the appliances were so dusty that you could wipe your finger and leave a visible streak. Another customer told me that she had suggested that the inside of the windows and window ledges needed to be cleaned but he just gave her a shrug and walked away. This young male employee is a dis-service to the business and the customers.

I've been in nicer laundromats -- there's a super nice on in Aurora --- and I've been in many worse ones (pretty much everywhere else). This one is okay. It seems well maintained and the machines are fairly clean. I like that there are giant washing machines, so if you have a ton of laundry to get through, you can pile it into one huge washer and save some time. There are some pretty big dryers as well. The place is brightly lit and while not spotless, it's mostly clean. My daughter and I were there during the evening, but she told me that she'd been there during the day and that the owner is normally on-site, overseeing everything.
