Even if this place was awful, I would still come here because it is 24 hours, convenient, and I always get stuck doing laundry late at night. But, this place is clean and safe. There has always been a different employee working each time I was there. They are always keeping up the place and helpful when you need them. Washers and Dryers: Not sure if the dryers are the best because I feel like they take forever. You get one free 10 minute dry, but you have to keep going back every 10 min. to add more time. That is annoying but maybe I just don't know how to use them. A lot of different washer options. This is helpful for a single person trying to save money BUT I don't like this card system because I may have been double charged for washes. I never wanna deal with trying to get my money back. I rarely have time to wash, so I wanna get in and get out asap. Parking sucks: Not that anyone has hit my car, but I would never risk parking my nice car because the slots are too small and we're Chicanos/Mexicanos so double parking is in our blood. In summary, go there when it is least busy so you can park. Arcade games & TV: Yes, arcade games. Enough said. I get to catch up on all my Spanish language news but wish they would keep the news and cut the novelas. Sorry, never liked them. Don't tell my grandma. Family Atmosphere:It is a family affair here, which makes you feel good but some people have bad $$$ kids. I'm a middle aged single women with no kids so yes, I am sensitive to it. Worst laundry place ever!!! They towed my husband's car while dropping off my mom's blankets right behind it. Not even 10 minutes and it was gone. We both washed and it's unfair because I come here from Monterey Park just for our car to be gone. I've been coming here for a really long time. It's a shady business they are running. my absolute favorite laundromat. i am always looking for a laundromat near me to replicate this one and i can't find any. the machines are solid and work well, and the refillable laundry card is soooo convenient. there are lots of places to sit throughout the place and the seats all have tables attached. it can get loud but that's 100% to be expected when you're a place that's open to everyone at all hours. The parking is tight BUT you're on Whittier Blvd in east la, so the fact that there's any parking at all is nice. there's always an attendant on site and the TVs showing soccer games and novelas make me feel like i'm in my grandma's living room read more

First of all, older female attendant does not wear a mask and does not respect the fact that we need to social distance. Wow... I was impressed, best Laumdromat in the area hands down and the nicest employees. It's always clean and there are machines available when I'm there. These pictures seem old because I don't see any paint on the windows and the machines are newer. They give you free credit towards your dry too. I'm happy and would recommend for sure!! read more

this place is horrible ! worst laundromat ever ! no hot water whatsoever i asked if i can speak to the manager they gave me the run around about how shes is not available i proceeded to ask for my refund due to no hot water for clothes and they said no! i had to stop the washer to take my clothes out to go to another laundromat! there was no type of help what so ever ! they are rude and disrespectful! also the restroom is disgusting there was poop everywhere on the toilet and walls not to mention the mold and roaches they have in the restroom ! disgusting let alone all the drug addicts who hang out right in the front ! read more

The worst to come do laundry! Good luck finding parking. Although there are parking spaces available but the fact that all the ignorant people who wash there, park at the entrance of the door makes it difficult for you to get through. So if you ever have an emergency (hope not) don't count on fire trucks or an ambulance because they can't get through! I'm in the process of reporting this to the city and fire department! This is a safety hazard and owners DONT CARE ASS LONG as they make money! It's sad how ignorant customers don't respect rules WORSE THAN ANIMALS IN THIS PLACE!!!! Ive seen the other reviews, and my experience has been completely different. I've lived in ELA my whole life, and this is by far the cleanest laundry I've seen. I work late hours, and love the fact this place is open 24 hours. The drop off wash and fold service was better than the service I received at regular dry cleaners I used to go to downtown. Not to mention the prices are also great, and credit/debit cards are accepted. You don't need to be changing dollars for quarters. Definitely will keep coming back. read more

Easily one the worst Laundry in the East Los Angeles area. Several of the machines do not work properly and have no indication if they are broken or not. The entire place is plagued with unsanitary conditions. I mange to find trash floating around in the water while I was washing my clothes. There is a possibility of a roach infestation, tiny roaches were crawling all around the machines. I will never go to this location ever again. Overall the location might be convenient, and it is open 24 hours however it gets crowded fast, broken machines, unsanitary conditions, and roaches crawling all over the place ruin it for me. read more
