This is a probably the nicest laundromat I've found anywhere. It opened in late 2019, has a large…read morenumber really good high-tech washers and dryers, including a few which are huge and will accommodate king sized comforters and other large items, and has friendly and helpful staff. You can do self serve (which I did), drop off for wash and fold service, or pickup/delivery from a broad area of metro San Juan (as far as Dorado or Rio Grande!). Great choice if you don't want to do your own laundry (it does take a lot of time...), if you have an Airbnb and want a service to wash all the towels and linens between guests, if you are on an extended stay in San Juan and don't want to pay hotel prices for laundry, or if your washing machine at home broke and you need to cover the time until your new machine arrives. Or if you have a few large items which don't fit in your own machine. There is parking, a decent Chinese restaurant, a bar, and a grocery store in the same shopping center, which has sufficient parking (and a guard to keep it orderly). It is coinless, you pay with a credit card into an account online or at the machine. The machines are quite fast, and a complete wash and dry cycle takes about an hour. There is free WiFi, a wide variety of detergents and other cleaning products, and good covid-19 protocols in place to protect everyone's safety.

Ugh. Such a relief of a business which sticks with what they say…read more We were not about to have such a small amount of clothes dry cleaned at any of these run down looking businesses. This place was so easy to deal with! We walked in with a few small bags of clothes from our week in PR and they weighed them and we paid for drop off service with same day pick up. Although we could not make it the same day, the next day they had everything ready still and they were SUPER nice. Very pleasant and had great manners, which you don't get often in PR unfortunately. If we ever decide to come back to PR, definitely will visit them again

We chose this laundromat mainly because it advertised air conditioning, which it does have…read more Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the attendant's behavior. We had 3 standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bags of laundry, which properly fits in one large $8 commercial washer. Despite this, the attendant aggressively policed us and insisted we needed to use more machines, even pushing us toward using three machines, which was unnecessary and expensive. We calmly offered to split into two machines, but he continued to insist on more. What was especially frustrating is that he had drawn a physical line on the medium commercial washer, claiming clothes could only be loaded up to that line. That rule makes no practical sense. Commercial washers are designed to be loaded based on capacity and tumble space, not an arbitrary half-full line. If machines are not meant to be used properly, then they shouldn't be offered -- not used as a way to force customers to spend more money. To make matters worse, a local customer inserted himself into the situation, translating our English to the attendant without being asked. The two of them were laughing and commenting while looking directly at us, which was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. Other customers who came in later with similar or larger loads were not policed the same way, which made the difference in treatment noticeable. This felt less about protecting the machines and more about over-policing and upselling. Laundry should be straightforward -- customers should not be pressured into using extra machines or made to feel uncomfortable for doing a normal load. If we had known we'd encounter this kind of treatment, we would have happily gone elsewhere, AC or not.

This place is just taking money from people. Do not wash your clothes here. The washing machines do…read morenot use enough water to truly wash and clean soiled clothing and to wash costs more than $4 a load. There aren't enough dryers in the building. There are unspoken rules so you must listen to the directions of the host, who will tell you when you can wash and dry, if there are lots of people there.
