You can do self serve (which I did), drop off for wash and fold service, or pickup/delivery from a broad area of metro San Juan (as far as Dorado or Rio Grande!).
Great choice if you don't want to do your own laundry (it does take a lot of time...), if you have an Airbnb and want a service to wash all the towels and linens between guests, if you are on an extended stay in San Juan and don't want to pay hotel prices for laundry, or if your washing machine at home broke and you need to cover the time until your new machine arrives. Or if you have a few large items which don't fit in your own machine.
There is parking, a decent Chinese restaurant, a bar, and a grocery store in the same shopping center, which has sufficient parking (and a guard to keep it orderly). It is coinless, you pay with a credit card into an account online or at the machine. The machines are quite fast, and a complete wash and dry cycle takes about an hour. There is free WiFi, a wide variety of detergents and other cleaning products, and good covid-19 protocols in place to protect everyone's safety.
