No one is exactly sure how it happened. I've personally been to Big Air more times than I can remember in recent years. I continue to believe that this business has more than adequate safe guards in place. As I said in my last review, I was amazed that more children don't get injured. It's just the name of the game! When kids are jumping off of things something can go wrong. In no way, shape, or form do I hold Big Air accountable. It's just a boy thing. He's going to heal in about four weeks and hasn't complained about pain. I continue to like this place because my grand boys love it. Additionally, I look foreword to our next visit in about a month.

Every young person was thoroughly enjoying their time...and sweating...with red faces and soaking hair. So good to see them physically engaged! There are four Party Rooms with picnic tables for all the party-goers. Our group had ordered pizza and they arrived from Domino's piping hot. The order was placed when the room was reserved and Sky Zone was responsible for placing the order and making sure it arrived on time. With this party package came the beverage options of water, lemonade or Sprite. We had a delightful employe to serve, accommodate, straighten and clean. It seems to be a well-run, clean and effectively responsible business. Oh, and you have to sign a liability waiver prior to entering the "fun arena!"

The girls went to take off shoes and put on the trampoline socks so by the time they were jumping it was 1150ish. At 1226pm they called all pink and red wristbands out that their time was up. It wasn't close to being an hour but they would not allow the girls any more time. I was told that the hour started at 1130am before we even bought the tickets but if I had waited until 1145am to pay then their time would have rounded up to noon and they would have had one hour and fifteen minutes! The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.
