Very fun place to bring the kids. The manager is very sweet and kind. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. The monthly membership is a very good deal as long as you come more than once a month. The park is cleaned daily. read more

UPDATE: I just received a call from the Manager at Just Jump. She offered an apology and a chance to come back for another hour. I really appreciate the follow up and the response. I will be taking the girls back in the next week or so to get their full hour. Thank you to the manager at Just Jump. I paid for the tickets at 1137am. The girls went to take off shoes and put on the trampoline socks so by the time they were jumping it was 1150ish. At 1226pm they called all pink and red wristbands out that their time was up. It wasn't close to being an hour but they would not allow the girls any more time. I was told that the hour started at 1130am before we even bought the tickets but if I had waited until 1145am to pay then their time would have rounded up to noon and they would have had one hour and fifteen minutes! This place isn't concerned with children having a good time it is all about the money. I won't be back. read more

This trampoline park was a lot of fun. Also, between all the jumping, foam pits, obstacle course, monkey bars, etc., at the end of it I kinda felt like I essentially got a CrossFit workout in. It's pretty easy to just show up here and start jumping without much hassle. Signing of all the waivers and stuff is accomplished via self-serve kiosk, right upon entering the facility. Then just head to the counter, buy the special sticky socks they require (it's a nominal fee, if you don't have them already), pay up, and go jump. It had been a while since I'd jumped around on a trampoline, so I gleefully started jumping as high and far as I could on the massive bank of trampolines located near the back of the facility. I quickly found that not only was I getting a high-intensity cardio workout, I was becoming mildly queasy. Apparently my inner ear just doesn't regulate this kind of motion as well as it did the last time I was on a trampoline. Realizing this, I started to take more breaks with the jumping, interspersing it with swings over the foam pit, unfair pugilistic battles with little kids, and monkey bar pull-ups. There was dodgeball, but I don't think I can allow myself to play dodgeball around children, as I would probably get too into it, throw too hard, and end up making kids cry. By the end of it all, I was sweaty, worn out, and more than ready for lunch. Recommended fun for all ages. read more

This place invokes bad behavior, bullying and lack of supervision. hope your kid doesn't get hurt here, cuz you will get nothing from the management team. buyer beware. This facility allows children 13 years and older to be here without a parent present...as long as a waiver is signed. There is no security at the door so anyone can walk in at any time and vice versa leave when they want... So lets talk about this waiver...parents or legal guardians have to sign a waiver pretty much stating Just Jump is at no fault if your child gets hurts, okay i get it, if they get hurt playing on your equipment, it is our responsibility. Now what about if your Just Jump attendants, these "children" attendants you hire, are not paying attention or "happen to look the other way for a second,"(as quoted by the manager on duty last night) gets hurt by another patron on purpose, who's fault is it than? Well apparently that is on you too. Took a birthday party of 10 year olds kids to the Bristol TN location, had a decent time for the most part, only to end the night on the worst note ever. The kids started to be bullied and pumbled by balls in the ball area by way older children/young adults. Then to top it all off the parents of the younger children were antagonized by the manager, in an unsympathetic way stating that since we signed a waiver, and our children were in that area at their own will, and none of the attendants (nor any of the parents) seen it happen, and that it was hear say from the younger children, oh and with out knowing the "velocity" in which the balls were actually being thrown by these older people, we didnt have a leg to stand on. All this while several of the children were sitting at the table crying, one with ice on his ear, panicking because he was hit so hard that he could not hear anything out of that ear. Then at the end of it all was told to "have a nice day." (It was night time) I will say they did look for the kids who were inflicting pain on these younger children, however their efforts came up empty handed...probably due to the, "no security" at the door, they said "the kids probably ran out when the commotion started and the kids started crying." Just Jump...you may get a lot of good reviews, and the idea of your facility is great but i can say this was not what i expected to happen in the case of a child being hurt in your facility. This Bristol TN location needs some serious revamping. Your choice in staff is questionable as far as age and maturity, your manager that addressed the events last night obviously needs to take a class on diffusing a situation, not instigating it and just the over all security for "all" your paying patrons. My feedback to Just Jump, in regards to this particular situation is maybe you should holt particular activities, such as throwing balls, during your black light/black out event, because there was obvious neglect of attention by the "attendants" during this time. In closing, we sign that waiver thinking that the Just Jump facility attendants and staff have our childrens best interest at hand and that they are doing their jobs, however not at this Bristol TN location. Enter and play at your own risk and dont expect any compassion if your kid gets hurt. read more

4/26/24 for information 3:38 was when we got there, we left EARLY around 4:30. absolutely pathetic behavior from EVERY EMPLOYEE. first, they made me and my cousin go on the balance beam thing and laughed at us when we fell. THEY WERE GROWN ADULTS, OF COURSE THEY WOILD PUSH US OFF. i came with my two cousins, we are all absolutely pissed. the employees recorded us when we are MINORS, without our consent. check the security footage around 4:00 - 4:15 if there is a group of people near the balance beam and a man playing with kids on the balance beam, that's who you need to talk to. I am not going to accept this behavior, but thats not all! there was a tall man with a buzzcut following us everywhere. he brought a basketball into the area With a lot of trampolines. He was also throwing balls way too hard at younger children (specifically 4-8) overall, all employees were acting very innapropriate, and I will not accept that. none of the employees we encountered today deserve their jobs. if you need to know, two of us have blonde hair, while the other has brown (me). The two who were being recorded were wearing a white shirt, and an orange shirt. I trust you to deal with this issue responsibly. read more

My family and I had an AMAZING time at Just Jump for the junior jump on Wednesday mornings! It was SUPER clean and the staff could not be anymore friendly! It was nice to have time just for littles. They had dis way music playing and even gave the kids a snack and drink. I would highly recommend this place!! read more
