We had 7 different companies around our area in Maple Grove come and provide bids and JKR was by a significant amount better. Cost: Out of all 7, they were the best. They itemized in a detailed quote what they were charging me for and why. They also provided information about pros and cons of different rock, plants, and edging options so we could work within our budget. Service: Jay and his team were great. From the first day where they saw our location, they were cordial, informative and did not make my wife and I feel pressured. They took their time and worked with us. Provided recommendations that we then were able to research which was helpful. They kept us in the loop as to when they were coming, when they expected to finish and the one time they had to delay things, they informed us in advance so we could adjust. We have young kids and a dog and they even provided us with some stuff to watch out for when fertilizing our yard. Quality: We're happy with how things were done. Even provided my wife and I recommendations on how to ensure the plants thrive and that the rest of our yard does well. When job finished, expressed concern towards the job being done as to customer's expectations ...which it was. For a fee was willing to blow the roof off even to gather those leaves. They don't use mowers to mulch it up and so if you expect the lawn to be mowed and trimmed one last time it won't be.
