The payment software doesn't allow for tips so I'm not sure what the dog owners are doing or what's expected? She is a small dog, so I was worried about the bigger dogs, but he gave her her own area to start and then by the end of the stay she was playing with the entire pack. I was so relieved to find someone I could trust to take her. She was so happy when I picked her up having played the entire time with all the other dogs in their big backyard. Jack and Jody came to my house and had a consultation and I told them exactly what I was looking for and they agreed to it. I have a later schedule due to my work and I have a diabetic dog that I was hoping could be walked and fed and given her insulin. They agreed to it with no problem and I was very excited for my first experience of hiring someone to help take care of my dog. The very first time they came over, they were supposed to text me after everything was done to let me know how it went. I never received a text and I had to text them in order to find out how it went. That was the first red flag! The second time they were supposed to take care of my dog I had to work even later than normal. That text I was supposed to receive I never got. Because I was busy at work I didn't have time to text them and find out how it went. As I was driving home at 9:30 at night I receive a text that they never made it to my house to take care of my dog. My dog was now two hours overdue for her insulin and that put her at home for 11 hours without being taken out to go to the bathroom. Needless to say I was horrified by this event. In the text Jody had some excuse about them getting sidetracked and then simply stated "we forgot." This to me is absolutely unacceptable for people whose profession is to take care of dogs. She then stated I just don't think we'll be able to work with your schedule. If that was the case they never should've excepted what I was asking for. I went through all this work to basically have them turn around and say sorry we can't work with you. I hold them 100% responsible for this mishap and if you love and cherish your dog DO NOT have these people take care of your beloved pet!!! And then to top things off it took them over two days to return the keys to my house and my refund for services that were never performed. Unbelievable! Beware!

They will treat your dog as if it were their own. My dog was never good on a leash. He's only 5lbs. and he'd get so nervous all the time. Once Jack & Jodi started walking him, he became much more social with other dogs and is now enjoying his walks and walking normally. Rates are very reasonable, especially considering the level of care and attention your dog receives. We are very lucky to have been introduced to the The Dogwalkers.

This salon is fully open and viewable, whereas the previous owners kept posters over the door, and you entered where there is now a watch repair business. Some peeked out the door. My dog was gorgeous and fluffy when I came to get him, as well as a happy boy. He has bad hips and is older, and has many fatty tumors- he does have some pain if not careful. It was obvious that the two groomers treated him well. He was NOT covered in smelly dog cologne, which I was appreciated. Dog came home and pranced for Dadd-e-o, even tho he says our house is a no prancing zone. Ha! Nice try. If you look mahvelous... you are mahvelous. Of course we will go back. Dog number two has an appt next week, though he doesn't need haircuts with his high and tight. Just a bath for the big dog that smells like dirty socks and thinks he is all that (he is). Two sisters operate this, and they are a HOOT!
