I ordered four Druide BioLove Kids sunscreens. Unfortunately, all four sunscreens they sent me were already expired when I received them. I paid $125 for these sunscreens, and instead received products that had expired in April 2026. I received the order on May 1, 2026. Considering that these sunscreens are intended for young children, I find this extremely concerning. Since all four items in my order were expired, I do not believe this was simply an oversight. Ordered a pair of $117.00 Olukai sandals. When they came, it was immediately obvious they were a mismatched pair. One was a size 9 and the other a size 7. How stupid can their staff be? Now, trying to reach customer service is a real pain. Then if you do reach them ( easiest by phone) they still demand you go to their website to fill out a complaint form with mandatory photo request to prove you're telling the truth about your defective item. Still waiting for them to send me my return label soI can return the damn things, BUT, they have yet to email me that. They refuse to pay return postage for their mistake! My advice? Do NOT order from this company!! read more

Ordered 2 rods at a good price. Both rods that I received were not as described. Contacted customer service sent multiple pictures and email with no solution, just a run around. Then the last email was to return 2 rods for half 9f refund, because of their error! The worse customer service I've experienced, and I love supporting local companies but this experience I learned why people shop with Amazon instead! Stay away from this company! read more

ORDERED several items to Saskatoon none with extra surcharges. The next day the called and wanted a 67.00 surcharge on a 98.00 order. So much for free shipping on orders over 49.00. Will never order here again. read more

The most unprofessional place to online shop from. Ordered some pocket knives. They email say out of stock. I reply to cancel and confirm cancellation but then 2 days later charge my CC and send out the order after I purchased it from another place. Now I have waited a month calling back n forth. They don't call You cause you speak English and you call Them dial 612 and if you're so lucky to get any Frenchman with no attitude you may talk for a bit. But they all talk down to you if you speak English and do absolutely nothing. Now I have no knives out money and the French won't do a Damn thing. Never buy from Quebec or from any Canadian French online store. The worst people, province and a complete disgrace to Canada. read more

A web order of fishing reel was lost by Post Canad, called 10 times, always try to delay the claim, I called in today, they hang up my call twice. I don't know what they are trying to do, if they plan to do web order, especially at this time, they should take care of their customer, make the customer happy, otherwise, better stay with their local store, I don''t see they can success with their online business if they deal with customer this way. Think about that why Amazon can be that successful. read more

Interesting experience with this outfit. Wanted to buy an air pistol online which qualified for free shipping. During checkout an oversized item charge was added, then a shipping fee totaling $46 - on a $70 item. Oversized compared to what - a pellet? After some back and forth they asked me to place the order and they would remove the shipping charges if I called after the order was placed. To test that I tried to call multiple times and could never get thru so back to email asking to co-ordinate the order with someone. At this point the item was removed from the website and my cart was "This item is not available anymore." Very unprofessional IMHO. They should be embarrassed that their online shopping system is so backward. The oversized charge should have been removed from the item so others don' t get stung with it but it seems the goal is to hope others fall for it. read more

I ordered hiking boots online, during Covid-19. Tried to do a return, but being in Ontario during this time, I couldn't get to the store in person since the Quebec province was not allowing us to go until this last week. I called them and explained myself, but they didn't allow the return because we didn't fit in their "15 days return" window (Even during this time of Covid). The staff and the supervisor weren't open to discuss, even thought in Christmas gifts season, they accept returns way longer than 15 days. I feel that when a company has an online shop available, especially at this time, they should take care of their customer, and understand sometimes some cases do need particular attention since Quebec's law of us not welcomed to go in person. I recommend to shop and stay local or buy online when in need, but I won't recommend to shop online at Latulippe. I also don't see how they can succeed with their online business if they deal with customers this way, like the previous reviewer also said. I now know, why Amazon is successful, and how I will never buy Latulippe products online, even if they are cheaper... read more

Ordered a hiking pack on July 3 for a trip later in the month. Still waiting for them to even move on my order and it's been a week. Also paid $20 for expedited shipping To receive my order in 3-5 business days. Sent a message july 9 asking when I can expect my pack to ship and I was told they'd cancel the $20 expedited shipping charge, but didn't answer anything about when it would be heading my way. Just a canned response that they're busy... still no idea when my pack is going to ship and my trip is about a week away. Customer service is not their strong point, for sure. read more
