I ordered four Druide BioLove Kids sunscreens. Unfortunately, all four sunscreens they sent me were already expired when I received them. I paid $125 for these sunscreens, and instead received products that had expired in April 2026. I received the order on May 1, 2026. Considering that these sunscreens are intended for young children, I find this extremely concerning. Since all four items in my order were expired, I do not believe this was simply an oversight. Interesting experience with this outfit. Wanted to buy an air pistol online which qualified for free shipping. During checkout an oversized item charge was added, then a shipping fee totaling $46 - on a $70 item. Oversized compared to what - a pellet? After some back and forth they asked me to place the order and they would remove the shipping charges if I called after the order was placed. To test that I tried to call multiple times and could never get thru so back to email asking to co-ordinate the order with someone. At this point the item was removed from the website and my cart was "This item is not available anymore." Very unprofessional IMHO. They should be embarrassed that their online shopping system is so backward. The oversized charge should have been removed from the item so others don' t get stung with it but it seems the goal is to hope others fall for it. read more

I ordered hiking boots online, during Covid-19. Tried to do a return, but being in Ontario during this time, I couldn't get to the store in person since the Quebec province was not allowing us to go until this last week. I called them and explained myself, but they didn't allow the return because we didn't fit in their "15 days return" window (Even during this time of Covid). The staff and the supervisor weren't open to discuss, even thought in Christmas gifts season, they accept returns way longer than 15 days. I feel that when a company has an online shop available, especially at this time, they should take care of their customer, and understand sometimes some cases do need particular attention since Quebec's law of us not welcomed to go in person. I recommend to shop and stay local or buy online when in need, but I won't recommend to shop online at Latulippe. I also don't see how they can succeed with their online business if they deal with customers this way, like the previous reviewer also said. Also paid $20 for expedited shipping To receive my order in 3-5 business days. Sent a message july 9 asking when I can expect my pack to ship and I was told they'd cancel the $20 expedited shipping charge, but didn't answer anything about when it would be heading my way.
