I have to say, I was worried about them not doing a good job because of the small amount of reviews and a lot of them being one star. For some background, my car had stains on the seats and a whole lot of dog hair from my two long haired dogs. I also had paint pen from Walmart still on my windows after many attempts at removing myself. Absolutely spotless when I picked up!! They did such an amazing job on removing fur and stains! The seemingly impossible to remove paint pen WAS GONE! Like magic! My car has never been so clean! Absolutely amazing! Everyone was also SUPER nice and they got it done in a day! They charged $160 for interior detail, and hand washing the outside! An absolutely fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming here again when my car needs to be cleaned!! read more

I tried this car wash upon arrival to town. I was well pleased and the price was reasonable. Each time I've gone back the prices were different and increased. It cost me $50 for inside vacuum and outside car wash so I'm expecting perfection and I was very disappointed. My car was not that dirty and it still had dirty spots. I've been in the detailing business and I know great service. I got a $20 car wash for $50. Total ripoff and a regular customer will not be going back. read more

Came in to get a hand car wash nothing fancy and they told me $125 cause its a tow truck, I normally pay $30-40 in Houston and other places and he told me to go somewhere else, I drive a dodge 2019 Dodge 3500, would not recommend this place to dually trucks read more

I had a soup spill on the carpet and leather seat of my car at 5PM on a Saturday , and most other car washes were closed and/or only shampoo carpets during the week, but this place was available to help. They did an excellent quality job. It was a little expensive given they only cleaned a small section of the car (the passenger seat and the carpet in front of the passenger seat), but the quality and customer service were great. read more

This was the second time i went in but with another car, i asked to shampoo the carpet and clean the seats. He said he would do it all for 160, i told him no bc it was too much and i really only needed the carpet and seats clean. He said he would do it for 120. He then said if i dont like it i could go to shammys. I was shocked and surprised he would tell me this bc i was not rude i simply wanted it done but not for that price. To throw me off and tell me to go else when when i was trying to go to a small business, so yes i will go look somewhere else read more

Absolutely the worst detail I've ever had. I stopped in Thursday to get a quote then dropped if off Friday morning. I needed a good buffing, wax, and interior detail. They quoted $350.00 which is extremely expensive as my truck was not that dirty to begin with but I've not buffed it in a few years and leaving town from business trip and needed it done. It was done in 4 hours but when I got in the carpets were still dirty, had not been shampooed, and the interior glass had not been done at all. When I complained about the carpet not being done they said that I had the "basic interior" which doesn't include the carpet. No one mentioned "basic" when quoting price. Does the basic not include the inside glass also? Also as far as buffing I told them much was not done as I could see the diesel ring from my fuel cap hanging off when I'm refueling. They tried to tell me that was wax. Little did they know that I'm in the car business fixing hail damage all day and buffing is something we do all day. That diesel ring spot would have bud out by hand with just a little compound in less than five seconds. I called them out in their bs and they said stop by tomorrow morning and they would make it right, after many excuses why things weren't done. Well, I stopped by this morning and no one there. Maybe he meant Monday, I'm not sure, but for $350.00 it was definitely a rush hack job. So many missed spots with their Armor All on the interior. Their attention to detail is getting your money and rushing your car through. And the engine compartment wasn't even touched.
