Staff showed no real concern, the owner never followed up, and one employee (Jaylin) was dismissive and unprofessional. If issues come up, don't expect help--they'll happily take your payment, but you're on your own.

As those of Gallo Travel were more passengers than the ones from Marvel Travel it seems that they won in majority of vote, again, vointing without counting with us. Again, Sol is very unprofessional as a guide.... When we complained she told us that we could do it at the agency and when she said goodbye arriving at the destination of Miami she said it on the loudspeaker and all the other passengers knew that we had complained to her for not fulfilling the itinerary., The departure time to Miamia was scheduled at 4 pm, however we left at 2pm for Miami.... with some passengers who had enjoyed the beach, were drunk and continue dringing and bought more drinks inside the bus. loud singing (if you call that sing), drank, said bad words and even danced with the bus running ..... To top it off two days later we went to the agency to give our complaints, Marvel Travel. His agent, Mr. Arnaldo was on a quinceañera cruise... we were attended by his niece and a lady we had seen before, Geno if I remember correctly.... They called us to offer us an apology and we are still waiting for it. We decided to post this so that other people do not get harmed like us. We were told by our travel agent Luis Fernando Gonzales that that hotel has beautiful beaches which is what we were looking for since we have two kids that love swimming in the ocean. When we got there we got a big surprise. You couldn't go in the ocean at all, it was rocks everywhere and the hotel staff told us is at your risk, they told us the ocean was not for swimming or even standing on on the beach property. The hotel was beautiful do. We contacted the agent but he couldn't help us at all, we have to spend our 6 days in the resort looking at the ocean and not be able to go in.

It appears you have to be a part of a group to be eligible for tickets. The professional team at BruMed went beyond in preparing this trip. The seats, close to the stage, were amazing. They offered a "pre-trip" itinerary that was also excellent. We were able to see the Shroud of Turin. They even were able to facilitate entrance to see DaVinci's Last Supper in Milan - something I had not been able to do during my prior visits to the city. Overall an excellent experience dealing with the BruMed Staff. Highly recommend their services.
