When I got there they treated me and my son super nice they allowed him to walk around and were very patient. They told me I would be able to leave with my hair blow dried if I got my haircut. I said ok since at first I didn't mind not paying for the haircut or blow dry but they said I would deserve to have that. Well around 2-3 pm they rushed towards the end ended up just blow drying my bangs and front portion said I had good products to do the rest of blow dry on my own. That she had someone else come in and didn't have time to have me fully blow dried and said she owes me a haircut layers next time. Everything was fine up until the end. So I paid 280 plus I tipped 40 almost 320 for an incomplete service and not leave with my hair like I deserved when I walked out. It was misleading in the end so I won't be coming back. Everything else was ok just the mere fact that I go to a salon to get my hair done for a partial and haircut yet they do a half job towards the end knowing how hard it is to bring a baby. I was disappointed that I had to rush home to blow dry the rest of my hair when I paid $320 to have them Do it. Please don't do this to customers if you don't have time or let them reschedule when they want to avoid these things. Lauren was my hair dresser she was nice but I felt like I paid too much to not have my hair blow dried

Now on to Scarlet, she's been cutting and drying my hair for years! And it's not just a get the water out and straight to blow drying. No maam, she's putting your hair in rollers and sitting you under the dryer and thennnn finishing it off with the blow dryer. Magical. Did I mention it's a one stop shop? Kiki aka Glowmaris offers all things skincare. Waxing, facials, and vibes! Plus her room is super cute and cozy. Best believe she will make sure EVERY hair is removed from your body. Every. Single. The salon was clean and the seats were comfortable. My grandma was greeted by the woman up front (whose name I will update later) and was treated so warmly throughout the whole experience. It was so nice to see my reserved grandma casually chatting and laughing with someone new. The hairstyle was different from what she usually wears and she loved it! Something fresh and easy to maintain. You could tell she was really feeling herself afterwards and that's priceless. The stylist and my grandma exchanged numbers and it's just so nice to find such a good quality place so close by.

Story - I missed my hair appointment last week in Toronto, bad snow storm, so had to find something here, & I am soo glad I did!! Stephen really got what I wanted, where most Other hairdressers keep insisting on things I DON'T want, (like the "V" shape in the back that takes too much hair off & thins out my long thick hair...ugh) & taking too much length off no matter how much I tell them I want to keep it long with minimal layers. It's the best hair cut I have had in a LOOOOONG TIME..... I was never 100% satisfied with anyone, so whenever I am in the area, I will wait for my cuts to come here :D :D :D Couldn't be happier!!! Thank you Stephen, you are my new BFF hairdresser for life! lol

My appointment…read morewas with Yaz and let me just say she is one of the most professional, kind and beautiful people, I have ever met. Walking in, I had highlighted darkish blonde hair, thick and down to my waist. I wanted it gingerish-auburn. My first try was a complete fail with another stylist (NOT AT THIS SALON) and I had to get color oops to remove it. I had gone in first for a consultation with Yaz a few weeks before and she knew exactly what I wanted and what she needed to do. I am picky and she was completely okay with that. She set me up for what I was to expect and what I needed to do. She and I discussed the process so there were no surprises and I walked out of there SO HAPPY. I swear each time I wash it the color just keeps getting better and better. Yaz did an absolute BEAUTIFUL job and she is such a doll. I could have spent all day in there with her. I absolutely hate getting my hair done but this felt special and I felt like I was spoiling myself. Everyone in there is so kind and spoke to me like I had been going there for years. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
