Laszlo has serviced the residential rental properties at Utopia Park for several years. He is is extremely knowledgeable and can repair any HVAC system whether it is 40 years-old or brand new. Unlike most HVAC service folks he doesn't try to sell you an entirely new system if you don't need one. He guarantees his work and has always, immediately, taken care of our emergency situations. read more

I put in a completely new heating and cooling system as my own homeowner contractor. I had Laslo come over and help out with the installation. Mind you on a weekend. He is the best all-around worker I have had the privilege to work with. He has the knowledge and know-how and is the best in the business. Unlike others in the Fairfield area who are only money driven and do not know half what Laslo knows. In fact, he made one other and quit him because he got too cheap on pay too Laszlo. read more

He is very responsive and very creative in repairing and getting you back back to normal.. He's not one of these guys that just pulls out old system and puts in a whole new system.. he actually will work on your system and fix it and give you the best advice so it's running well and is economical.. read more

My blower was breaking. Making more noise than usual. I called 5 repair people and left messages. I left a message for Laszlo. He was the only one to respond on the same day. He came by in-between jobs. He listened and could hear the unusal noise. Within 10 minutes (no kidding) he had pulled the blower motor and fan cage out of the furnace. He showed what was wrong with the motor. (It's 20 years old and the main bearing was loose.) He immediately ordered the motor from a local supply house. I went to pick it up while he went to finish another job near by. He returned and replaced the motor. The fan cage had some loose parts. He didn't want to put it back in as it was noisy and soon to break. He told me he might have one he had pulled out of another job at his house. After measuring mine, he went and checked and brought his back. It was actually a better brand than the one I had and he replaced mine with it. He put all the pieces back into the furnace/blower housing. Everything worked. It had taken him less than 3 hours and now it's running quiet. Considering the heat (close to 100 degrees that day) and the need for AC, I felt it was a little miracle. I have lived in Fairfield for over 40 years. Laszlo is simply the best HVAC person I have hired and will use him for all such needs in the future. read more
