The moment you walk in, you instantly feel like you've been transported to Morocco, completely forgetting that you're still in Canada. The decor and unique pieces found around are imported from Morocco, giving a touch of authenticity. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they ensure that you have a pleasant experience throughout. The space is extremely clean, beautiful and I loved seeing photographs from all over Morocco carefully placed around. Additionally, the attention to detail is clear throughout, from the arch leading to the change room, to the Moroccan lanterns and the Moroccan sweets and cup of tea after your experience. The relaxation room is also very cozy, nice and a great way to end your treatment. I love that this hammam offers other services, including hair care and massage therapy in addition to the hammam. I did the full hammam experience and loved the products used. They smelled amazing. The staff gave us the option to have the element of surprise if we wish or if you want to know what you'll get for the experience, they'll guide you through and explain the different steps. Overall, we had a very memorable experience here, especially loved the cleanliness and authenticity of the place, as well as the friendliness of the staff. I would come back here and ensure a stop at SAFIR is on my itinerary if I'm ever in the area again. Adding SAFIR as a stop on my small getaway to New Brunswick gave me the perfect opportunity to slow down and unwind. They also have a lot of products for sale if you wish to take a piece of Morocco home with you. The process was smooth, experience was comfortable and very memorable. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience that brings centuries-old traditions and rituals to Atlantic Canada.

Not though that SMH is not a trauma centre but stabilizes patients for ambulance or Life Flight evac to near by Trauma Centre's A minor issue I had was looked after quickly and thoroughly by Dr Robichaud. A cardiac episode wa looked after by Dr Kelly and this man was on point from the time I was brought in. Cardiac protocol was followed and follow ups were scheduled quickly I found other staff to be friendly and efficient. It's a beautiful facility in a small University town
