My fathers hearing aid was not working properly and when he went in it took less than 5 min and the receptionist was able to get it up and running like a true pro! they are all beyond professional and the customer service is top notch! read more

Super glad I…read morewas able to get in today to see Kara (audiologist), who looked right after me and analyzed the the problem and repaired my hearing aid with professional attendance to my issue. To be honest if she wasn't there I would not be going here. I have found that in the two times I have called in regarding information, I was either speaking with someone not in the SJ office who could not help me and was given information that was incorrect. Did not get the warm feeling of personlized service. I give Kara 5+ star for her attention and personalized service. The overall company approach to me as a customer, not so much.
