I am pleased to write that their perfection in professionalism is not just in business. The care, the kindness, the extra details, and the skill for their business is evident in every detail. She is the absolute best and I just love her, her husband, Aaron, and her dad for the way they handled the arrangements for us, not only in Lincoln, MI, but in Berkley, Mi, as well, where my mother was buried. My only wish is that we had a funeral home in SE Michigan that had a staff that was so caring and considerate of our needs. Mom looked absolutely beautiful. I recently attended a funeral here for a distant relative. It was a wonderful experience. The staff…read moreimmediately greeted me as I entered, made sure I was in the right place, and directed me to refreshments and the bathroom (it was a long trip to get here ). The facilities were spacious and well maintained. I was very comfortable here for the duration of the viewing hours -- about 5 hours. There was ample seating that allowed everyone to sit with enough extra seats to let people mingle and change seats. The environment invited relaxed conversation, which I think is an important aspect of a funeral.
