We place our garbage out around 8:30 each week so it doesn't blow out in the road or animals don't get it and the lady said it was our fault for not having it out at 7am. But if it is blow in the street they refuse to pick it up, and most the time they toss our cans in the road anyways. After talking to the lady I am looking for new services she is not professional to put it nicely.
