Unfortunately, it felt like the focus was more on getting paid than providing a quality service. My lash lift was only half done, yet I was charged full price. My eyelashes are completely flat and don't even look like a lash lift was done. There wasn't enough glue or product applied, and the results are terrible. If there wasn't enough time to do the service properly, it should have been rescheduled or adjusted. Charging full price for unfinished work is unprofessional and very disappointing.

She is incredibly professional, her workspace is incredibly sanitary and comfortable, and her pricing is beyond fair. She is already a young master of her craft and was ridiculously gentle throughout my entire experience. If I hadn't been in a meeting the whole time (she's was very understanding and helpful with this) I would have passed out. Briana is a fantastic human being. She's kind, funny, energetic and patient. Regardless of my opinion on her being a great person, her work is precise and delicate, she has outstanding attention to detail regarding aesthetics and lash health, and her lashes are of fantastic quality (and tbh customer service).
