She's been afraid to get it cut but she did want a little trim because of her upcoming prom. Unfortunately I got stuck at work and my husband had to take her. So I do blame myself but I told her to very specific with the stylist. I even had an appointment with the same person a couple weeks ago and talked about my daughter's fear of losing length. According to my daughter she agreed to the 2 inches of dead straight hair on the bottom but was very clear about not wanting to lose length all over. The woman took at least 3 or 4 inches off all over her head. Hair that came to her elbows now barely falls past her shoulders and what's worse is that it is uneven. The right side is very noticeably longer than the left side. If she didn't understand curly hair, she should have said something. Maybe she didn't like my daughter or thought she was wrong to express what she wanted and decided to teach her a lesson. Now she doesn't even want to go to the prom. We can't get the hair back and I have to pay somebody else to fix it. We will never go back again.

I am a dude, so my haircut is usually simple and quick. I don't make an appointment, I just walk in and ask if anyone has time to cut my hair. And they do! I appreciate the personnel are always smiling and polite and after I get my haircut, everyone that knows me compliments what a good job the salon did on my hair.
