This place is by far the best in Easton! Janet the manager did my SNS. She actually did a manicure…read morewith regular files before she started the dipping powder. The other salon in Easton did an awful job...thick, sloppy and used a drill on my real nails. The whole point of SNS is to make your real nails stronger. That defeated the purpose. Anyway I will definitely be coming back!! Janet also did a fantastic job on my eyebrows! They are cheaper than most nail places in Easton too!! So it's been 10 months since my first post...Janet continues to do an amazing job on my nails with the dip powder! I have not once left this salon disappointed in any way!

I normally wouldn't leave a review off just one experience. And I try to follow the advise of my…read moregrandmother "If you haven't something nice to say, don't say anything at all". However yesterday's experience with Sierra at Victoria Nails was nothing short of horrible!. We are here in Easton MD on vacation and my husband has never had up here before . It's something I've always wanted him to try, but he's very nervous about having one. Tthe weather was gonna be bad over the next couple days so I decided it would be the perfect time to have him experience his first pedicure. I went online and did my due diligence looking for a place with good reviews. I called to make sure they had a staff member experienced with someone who is not only nervous, but has bad feet. When I contacted Victoria Nails I was assured I found the right place! When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young man who directed us to a pedicure station and told us our person would be right with us . As we both awkwardly.stood watching the girl beside us getting a water bowl ready... while texting on her phone . At this point we weren't sure what to do / where to stand or sit. Finally the girl pointed to a chair & told my husband to sit. Never offering guidance on where to put his footwear, no offer to roll up his pant-leg or anything. She returned to her phone to start texting while I assisted with taking his shoes and socks off, rolled up his legs and showed him how to get into the pedicure chair (during this whole time she never lifted her head from her phone). My husband introduced himself. She didn't tell us her name,Just continue texting. My husband looked to me for directions on what the buttons were on the arm of his chair, I took this opportunity to say " perhaps when the girl is finished with her text, she can show you how to work the chair". She looked up for a brief second and said "press the red button"! ....( Keep in mind there's probably 20 buttons on the arm of the chair)! Finally, she put her phone down & got to work. Trying to be friendly we asked her her name she told us "Serria" . We tried everything to make small talk just to make things a lbit pleasant but she showed zero interest in chatting She was so consumed with her phone that at one point, she asked one of the other employees if he could text for her while she dictated it to him.. We reiterated to her several times that my husband was very nervous and it was his first pedicure . She simply answered with OK. . When I booked the appointment I had requested a thorough pedicure because of his bad feet, is diabetic and that this would be his first pedicure. Once the pedicure was done she did not say "See you later.or have a good day" .. She did not help assist with rolling his pant-legs down or getting his fiotwear. Didn't offer a clear-coat nor did she buffout the top of his nails. Not once explained what she did.. he literally had pieces of attached skin hanging from the ends of his toes and on the side of his feet . His feet were still damp as she picked her phone up to text while walking to the front of the store to get paid. My husband, not knowing any better was going to use the in-store ATM and pay a surcharge. In order to give her a tip.. I was so upset over the terrible service and how he was treated. I whispered to him that I would wrestle his card from him if he dared to try to give her a tip.. I understand people have bad days . I understand things come up and it's sometimes it's difficult navigate personal issues while trying to maintain professionalism in the workplace.. What I don't understand is rudeness or a clear dsregard for the health and welfare of those you're supposed to be providing a professional service for.. My husband is a senior with diabetes . For a service provider not to have enough professionalism, to show up to their job, looking tidy and professional (Sierra was wearing a pair of sweatpants and an oversized Harley Davison T-shirt . Her hair or makeup was not done. This level of unprofessionalism is more than a bad dad day. If a person couldn't be bothered to pull themselves together enough as to not took like they just rolled out of bed. I suppose expecting them to explain to a client that they may want to either come back another day . Or even to offer the appt to fellow colleague would be truly out of their wheelhouse of thought . What was supposed to be a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours on a rainy day turned into a very negative and frightening experience. The only pleasant part of the experience was a nice young man who welcomed us . Even though he was diligently working away on his own client he made sure to tell us to have a nice day when we walk to the door..
