(I had a lot of questions, not because it was my first time tanning but because I'm extremely hard to please, and I've had tanning nightmares before.) That call alone left me impressed by her professionalism and knowledge, but still I had my guard up before the appointment. Walking into West Glow and was even more impressed. She checked me in, explained everything once again then started the prep! I've never had someone take such measures with the prep stage and I see now why it is so important to avoid those nightmare experiences I've had in the past! Next she started to spray and again I've never had a tan where someone put as much attention in as she does (you'll know what I'm talking about once you have your first appointment)! She goes over every inch, blends it in with this really soft brush making it impossible for streaks.
