NO CUSTOMER SERVICE if a problem arises. Lasership claimed to have shipped my medication which I did not receive. The only information Lasership gave me was a delivery notice that the package was "left at locker," along with an ambiguous picture of a package inside a locker. It did not say where the locker was located. UPS and FedEx always leave their deliveries at my front door. Crime is nonexistent. USPS has their own neighborhood boxes, and is very reliable. Lasership has no customer service. It did have a "chat online" that was not working. Hey jerks, thanks for stealing my package again! Bought from AliExpress like usual not thinking anything of it. It was about $30 worth of items, including a fluffy bag, some piercing jewelry, and some shelves for me to store my funko pops. Woke up this morning with an unbearable headache and checked my phone like I normally do. Something told me to check the status of my packages because it entered the country yesterday, and I wasn't sure about it being delivered today. Come to find out, it says that it was already delivered. I grow confused because the AliExpress tracking still says it's out for delivery. Ontrac shows a picture of my front door with my package, but when I stick my head outside, my package is nowhere to be found. Paying closer attention to the details provided, OnTrac messed with something in their system to show my package as being delivered May 30th at 12:53 when I didn't get the notification of my stuff being delivered until today, June 9th. Seriously, screw this company, and screw the person who stole my stuff. Now I'll have to fight with either PayPal or AliExpress for a refund. It'll most likely be PayPal because AliExpress will show my package being delivered despite me not physically having it. And the money I get back for a refund will be the money I spend on a ring camera. I'm so tired of this pathetic corrupt company. *UPDATE as of 12/28/24: Seeing as how this happened ages ago, from what I remember, I went to PayPal's customer support to complain about my problem. They opened up an investigation, and provided me a temporary refund. Unfortunately, I should've snagged off (rightfully) with my money back, because after they "concluded" their investigation, they took the money back and found no error on AliExpress' part or in LaserShip/Ontrac's part, since the sellers from AliExpress were able to provide tracking numbers showing my packages as being "delivered". I remember I spent the majority of my summer fighting over this package. I then went to the sellers I bought from, and all they did was tell me that my orders were consolidated before coming to the US so that they'd all arrive together (which is what always happens when buying from multiple sellers on that platform). I tried over and over and OVER to explain to them how awful LaserShip/Ontrac are; one of the sellers I bought from outright called me a liar, and another one said it was out of their hands once it reaches consolidation. At the time of this happening, I remember AliExpress having a policy that it's actually up to the SELLERS to choose who they want as the delivery courier (I also learned in this time that companies *supposedly* used LaserShip/Ontrac because they're cheaper, and given the amount of companies that use them [Amazon used them at one point], I definitely believe this). I told this specific seller this information, and they stopped responding to my messages. Only one seller was kind enough to refund me. From this entire ordeal, I was refunded--and able to keep--$3.40. PayPal was helpful at first, but something told me I should've immediately moved my money when they temporarily refunded me. I was heated the following morning when they concluded their investigation. I haven't bought from AliExpress since, and I've also weened myself from using PayPal so frequently, with hopes next year to zero them out completely. I also bought a Ring camera in this time too, and have felt a huge sense of comfort and relief when ordering online/expecting door deliveries. And for LaserShip/Ontrac: no matter how many management or name changes you go through, YOU STILL SUCK! Your sheer lack of competence is being misguided as confidence, when you as a company aren't doing anything to actually better yourselves. To even THINK that you are "revolutionary" for doing transcontinental delivery is the sickest April Fools joke of all. Why would we WANT to use you when USPS, UPS, or even FedEx exist? Going by a different name is the equivalent of putting on one giant bandaid without inspecting for an injury. I called the retailer and they noted they're VERY familiar with Lasership since they have to replace items shipped using their services on a regular basis. Lasership strikes again. We had this same issue with them when we lived in Charlotte. We thought we would be able to avoid this company now that we live in Fort Mill but to our dismay they deliver in this area too. Once again, they say they delivered a package but there is nothing at our front door even though that is what the site says. We have a doorbell camera and NO WHERE did our camera see a person on Sunday February 26, 2023 deliver anything to our front door. The tracking info from Lasership states it was delivered at 8:57 pm that night but when I checked there was nothing. I was told to wait till the delivery window outlined by the company I purchased goods from closed as sometimes companies mark delivered and then they show up shortly later. IT NEVER SHOWED UP! Now the items I ordered are no longer available and I had to spend more of my money because of the shitty employees that work for this company. If you look at the delivery tracking it says preparing delivery, out for delivery, and delivered at 8 pm on a Saturday. it is Sunday at 6 am I went to go check for my package on my front porch and mailbox it wasn't there then I did a deeper dive into the tracking service, Route, then I looked at the LaserShip company, which has a lot of thefts in their reviews. and I'm so exhausted. Worst carrier ever! Ordered several packages from Saks Off Fifth -- received the ones through other carriers, did not receive the one allegedly delivered to my front door by LaserShip. I was home all day and it was never delivered. They could not proffer a photo of the delivery because it was never delivered. They refused to assist, Saks Off Fifth refused to assist and American Express refused to assist. A total scam and shameful. Then, my daughter ordered multiple items/packages from Nordstrom. Again, all deliveries through USPS, Fed Ex etc arrived. The sole package from LaserShip did not get delivered and their delivery person (just as with my package) lied about delivering it. Is this really a company or just a joke? I ordered from Under Armour and it says it was shipped from laser ship. Almost 2 weeks ago and still no package. It does say it made it to Greenville and attempted delivery. Then it says it needs more information to locate my home. I have 3-5 deliveries from reputable companies with no issues at all. They all seem to find my cloaked home. But apparently "laser ship" has not been let in on the delivery secrets yet. My package was marked as "attempted" yesterday because my apartment needs an access code. I contacted LaserShip to add an super clear instruction "The leasing office is open at 9, if you arrive after 9 you don't need an access code. If you arrive before 9, you can call/text me at xxxxx(my phone number) and I can open the door remotely for you". Today, the package arrive at the almost same exact time as yesterday, with no contact phone made, and fail to deliver again. Clearly, even though I both emailed and contacted the live assistant, nobody cares about the instruction. I called customer service directly just now and here is the funniest part: Me: "Can the driver see my instruction?" Assistant: "Yes" Me: "Can they arrive after 9 then? They don't need an access code by then" Assistant: "Our route is designed to make the package better delivered throughout the day, so it depends. I can't guarantee you about this." Me: "Alright. So if they arrive before 9 I can still provide them access very easily via phone App. Can they contact me?" Assistant: "We don't offer driver a phone, so they can't contact you" Me: "So how can I make sure tomorrow is not another failed attempt?" Assistant: "We're doing our best to..." Me: "Besides doing your best, is there any way to make sure it won't fail again?" Assistant silent. Me: "How many attempts will they make before sending it back to the seller?" Assistant: "3 times." Me: "So tomorrow is the last attempt?! And there is absolutely no way I can make sure the package can be delivered? Given that today they arrive the same time as yesterday, tomorrow is highly likely to be the same, and it will still be a failed attempt!" Honestly and sadly, the harsh reality is that as bad as this crappy courier is - indeed a problem to US the consumer, the resolve is US as the consumer no longer patronizing the big multi-million (or billion) dollar companies (i.e. Amazon, Nike, etc.) that WILL indeed contract them...because it's all about the bottom line. LaserShip is a cheap, unregulated, last-mile courier that saves them money...mind you, money made from US buying their marked up, overpriced products. At the end of the day, there's nothing truly 'free' about 'free shipping'...ESPECIALLY when your $100 Nike sweater (that's already marked up and priced with your shipping, their ridiculous profit and change to boot...and only costs $15 or $20 to make btw) never makes it to your door...let that one marinate for a minute. Wanna see change? If you see someone using this service for delivery, do NOT place your order. I ordered almost $100 worth of shoes through JustFab and never received my package. On their tracking tool, it says that it was delivered directly to a person and there's a signature. The signature is a generic loop..... I contacted them with my issue and got this response less than 1 hour later: "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding [tracking number]. Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist." Where is my package? Who signed for it? Are they stealing packages or are they carelessly delivering mail to the wrong address? You literally have a timestamp for the delivery, so who was working then? Do a real investigation because this is a real problem. read more

Ended up calling their customer service and was told the package is lost, that it may have been a misscan from a driver.
