    *Everything about this review occurred May-July of 2024, but it's been sitting in my drafts for months, so some language used sounds as if it's in the present-tense (December 2024). Hey jerks, thanks for stealing my package again! Bought from AliExpress like usual not thinking anything of it. It was about $30 worth of items, including a fluffy bag, some piercing jewelry, and some shelves for me to store my funko pops. Woke up this morning with an unbearable headache and checked my phone like I normally do. Something told me to check the status of my packages because it entered the country yesterday, and I wasn't sure about it being delivered today. Come to find out, it says that it was already delivered. I grow confused because the AliExpress tracking still says it's out for delivery. Ontrac shows a picture of my front door with my package, but when I stick my head outside, my package is nowhere to be found. Paying closer attention to the details provided, OnTrac messed with something in their system to show my package as being delivered May 30th at 12:53 when I didn't get the notification of my stuff being delivered until today, June 9th. Seriously, screw this company, and screw the person who stole my stuff. Now I'll have to fight with either PayPal or AliExpress for a refund. It'll most likely be PayPal because AliExpress will show my package being delivered despite me not physically having it. And the money I get back for a refund will be the money I spend on a ring camera. I'm so tired of this pathetic corrupt company. *UPDATE as of 12/28/24: Seeing as how this happened ages ago, from what I remember, I went to PayPal's customer support to complain about my problem. They opened up an investigation, and provided me a temporary refund. Unfortunately, I should've snagged off (rightfully) with my money back, because after they "concluded" their investigation, they took the money back and found no error on AliExpress' part or in LaserShip/Ontrac's part, since the sellers from AliExpress were able to provide tracking numbers showing my packages as being "delivered". I remember I spent the majority of my summer fighting over this package. I then went to the sellers I bought from, and all they did was tell me that my orders were consolidated before coming to the US so that they'd all arrive together (which is what always happens when buying from multiple sellers on that platform). I tried over and over and OVER to explain to them how awful LaserShip/Ontrac are; one of the sellers I bought from outright called me a liar, and another one said it was out of their hands once it reaches consolidation. At the time of this happening, I remember AliExpress having a policy that it's actually up to the SELLERS to choose who they want as the delivery courier (I also learned in this time that companies *supposedly* used LaserShip/Ontrac because they're cheaper, and given the amount of companies that use them [Amazon used them at one point], I definitely believe this). I told this specific seller this information, and they stopped responding to my messages. Only one seller was kind enough to refund me. From this entire ordeal, I was refunded--and able to keep--$3.40. PayPal was helpful at first, but something told me I should've immediately moved my money when they temporarily refunded me. I was heated the following morning when they concluded their investigation. I haven't bought from AliExpress since, and I've also weened myself from using PayPal so frequently, with hopes next year to zero them out completely. I also bought a Ring camera in this time too, and have felt a huge sense of comfort and relief when ordering online/expecting door deliveries. And for LaserShip/Ontrac: no matter how many management or name changes you go through, YOU STILL SUCK! Your sheer lack of competence is being misguided as confidence, when you as a company aren't doing anything to actually better yourselves. To even THINK that you are "revolutionary" for doing transcontinental delivery is the sickest April Fools joke of all. Why would we WANT to use you when USPS, UPS, or even FedEx exist? Going by a different name is the equivalent of putting on one giant bandaid without inspecting for an injury. You are so beyond useless and I seriously hope in my lifetime, I get to see you cease to exist. Either take notes from actual REPUTABLE shipping/delivery couriers, or go broke.

    If I could give a zero I would , not sure who they're hiring but they're workers steal packages to resell the products. Not sure why Nike hasn't stopped using them as their third party shipper. They act like they deliver the packages & just keep them or deliver them to the wrong door. They basically don't even care if they misplace your package.

    My package never arrived. My tracking number said it was delivered but I never received it! I'll have to contact customer service for a investigation. It will take 2 days and I need my package for a important event in 2 days. I ordered my package in Lulus before and this is the first time I have a problem with my package. The other times they sent me my order by USPS.
