Anyways... We got there noonish one day and found to our delight that the smaller kids area was close to empty. Of course by the time that we had gotten our little ones out of the strollers and gotten situated the one baby that was there had multiplied into five or six. I don't mind other children but why is it that everyone always arrives at the same time? Just a side note. The small area has two swings, a small sandbox, a super cute jungle gym with two slides, one small and one smaller and also a little ... house kind of thing. All very suitable for the smaller children. I like that it was a little secluded from the rest of the play area, which itself is a huge area. And the smaller kids got to have the area by themselves. There is also a fence around the whole thing so no run-aways. The other area looked super fun too, from what I understand they also do crafts and stuff and even grill hotdogs (for a small fee) or you can bring your own to grill? I'm sure that I'll come back here since it was so easy to get to and close to both subway and buses. Another nice thing is that when you're done playing in the park you can always enjoy a picknick on the grass.

The space is gorgeous, clean, happy, fun and free. Kids and be kids, run wild, climb on not-entirely-safe objects and structures, engage in not-entirely safe carpentry and the like, jump, yell, enjoy. There is a staffed indoor play area with foosball and other activities, there's hockey equipment... I bet in the winter, the sledding is amazing, here. We were floored. Please please please bring something like this to the US, my compatriots. I didn't check out the toilet situation, but there are numerous cute cafes and restaurants all around the park, a friendly, (I think) well-priced ICA grocery store, Espresso House (Starbucks- / Dunkin' Donuts-like in its ubiquity), and an excellent independent bakery just south of the park on the eastern side.

Rock climbing wall, swings, ropes course, sandboxes, trampolines, skating, fields, gardens, museum, cafe... I mean, you really have everything right here, for all ages. None of them were too complex so you always felt you kept going and as we had quite some things to solve time flew by quickly. The concept is a little bit like the Magnolia bakery from "sex & the city". I have visited that one too & the store is nothing like that but their cupcakes remind me of NY. They are always very tasty & fresh & I like that they have these really tiny cupcakes ( mini) as well cause I like to taste different flavors. The only negative they get from me is the service! Every time I was there,they either messed up my payment ( I mean how complicated can working with a card reader be?!) or they had some trainee on the job that they were showing her how things work without any concern to the customer & wether I'm in hurry or got the whole day to stand there & watch them!!!

The regular cupcakes are pretty good too! I wasn't a fan of the mini cupcakes though, they were so tiny and did not have the typical fluffiness that you expect in a good cupcake.
