Booking and service: I was not prepared for the level of service I was shown at Lazer Away! Booking is fast and easy and front desk (Emily) was so kind and helpful, she is on your side trying to get you the best possible! My Nurse: Nurse Katie She was so awesome the first time that I've requested her everytime. She's so down to earth and makes you feel comfortable even while zapping your vagingo! Her knowledge of these treatments is very impressive as well as her ability to make you laugh! Good times. Anyhow she's great. The Pain: Its not a big deal sis. Really! I have had the lazer hair removal done (armpits, brazzilian, legs), CoolSculpting (love handles) and Clear and brilliant (..face...obviously ) And it is nothing like the people on YouTube made it out to be! The pain is totally manageable in my opinion. Given, everyone has a different tolerance to pain but as a former regular waxer I can tell you that the pain is like a walk in the park, eating ice cream, while holding a puppy, in comparison to this pain! Lol Hair removal: Hurts a bit more in some areas than others but over all it felt like the snap of a rubber band. The machine has a built-in fan to cool off the area it zaps so that was nice. I have only had one treatment and I could tell a difference in the texture of my hair and I don't have to shave EVERYDAY like before so thats amazing. Coolsculping: I got this free from winning a nation wide giveaway!! Yeah it was great! Anyway it wasn't near as bad as some would say. I did my love handles and I will say the pain was more so on one side that the other but not too bad. After about 5 minutes you go numb and do not feel it anyway‍ so excited to see my results long term! Clear and brilliant: That thing was amazing they numb your face and then do their thing! I DID NOT FEEL A THING. Once again I was a face waxer so take that for what it is, but it was easy peasy for me! Its only been a couple days and I won't see full results for another couple days to a week or so but so far I'm loving it! Can't wear makeup for a couple days afterwards so plan you treatments accordingly! If you are looking into doing any of these treatments i would highly recommend LAZER AWAY! I've been wanting laser hair removal for a while, and I was super thankful for my mother to find this place. She paid for a bundle deal which includes the bikini line, brazilian, legs, and under arms. I was SO excited to start! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I never felt confused as they took the time to walk me through everything. At first I was nervous, as the machine is a little intimidating if you've never seen one before. The nurse who did laser on my legs was kind and made sure I was always comfortable and that everything was painless. I have never received any type of laser hair removal and they explained the process very thoroughly, let me know what to expect, checked on me throughout the entire process and let me know what to expect and how to care for my skin after the appointment. There was very little pain involved, the only time I ever experienced any was in more delicate and sensitive areas. I am happy to have found LazerAway it was referred to me by a friend and she was right about it, the lazer hair removal does work. I started my treatment months ago and have now completed the recommended session. My results are incredible I lost 85% of hair and some areas and 95% in others, my last session was yesterday so I will probably reach 100% results in some areas. I am hair free and I love it! I did not do face, toes and arms so I plan on going back for those area. The clinic is welcoming and the staff are lovely people! This was my first appointment for a tattoo removal, and I wasn't really sure what to expect. Everyone at LaserAway was really friendly, and they answered all of my aftercare questions and concerns. Kaitlin was the one who did the procedure and she was very friendly and explained what to expect, from the procedure to the healing process. They also gave me all of the aftercare things I would need, like vaseline and an ice pack, as well as a little first time customer goody bag, which was all just a nice touch. And when Megan went to do my Xeomin I love how she marked my face to see where she thought i needed the xeomin. I've never met one who didn't have a smile on their face as soon as you walk through the door. I've had a couple good nurses, but Ashley has been my favorite. She's always made me so comfortable and she's so knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor, and a very hard worker.
