They also have lost multiple small claims and civil court cases owning people thousands of dollars for failure to complete construction contracts and poor quality work. If anyone is planning to hire them contact me first because I have a few things to share with you! Last winter we paid over $1,000 for frozen pipes because they did a sloppy job installing the plumbing and when we contacted them about it ,their illustrious leader told us to go drop dead. He had already gotten our money and didn't give a darn that we had no water and eventually no heat. He had washed his hands of us. Now it is starting again so we might as well bite the bullet and get the situation rectified once and for all. Obviously this is going to be an issue every winter and I have had it. Plus, they cut 2 pipes too short and simply put a piece around them where they connect instead of fixing the problem by using the proper length that fit to begin with. So it is dripping around those two pipes. Those pipes are leaking sewage! The plumber who helped us last year said that our plumbing set up was shoddy at best! After calling ATA on Wednesday and being told they would send someone out to address the problem, we have heard nothing from them. We had to track down another plumber to come and fix the 2 year old mess ATA left us with. ATA eventually showed up 2 days later without calling, sat in our driveway and left. Over the course of the past 2 years we have spent over $2000 on plumbing that is a little over 2 years old. That is not right! I would seriously think twice about doing business with this company!
