The staff were quite amusing, with plenty of jokes up there sleeve and offered invaluable advice regarding my usage of the equipment. An extension cord was vital and supplied at no extra cost. Extra petrol was given to me also but was not needed, as the stuff had presumed and was not charged for either. As I was unable to return it the next day, my early morning drop-off after a second night was only charged out as one day of hire - which was much appreciated. Hire companies all offer similar products, but it is aspects such as service which differentiate the best from the rest, and Glen Innes Hire did a great job of this. The only downfall is that they are closed Sundays, a disadvantage for all those DIY handymen out there.

What we really liked about the showroom at this Henderson Tile Warehouse was the sample areas of floor tiles. There is a big difference between looking at one tile and looking at a finished floor area of the tiles you are considering. This really helped us choose a few samples. The salespeople were really helpful here as well and encouraged us to take as long as we needed. They also have a back warehouse which has a few ranges on sale. These are discontinued lines of tiles or even excess stock but still in perfectly good condition. It is something to consider if you have a tight budget.
