This was great for the business, but our resources were limited to say the least, and instead of giving up the lucrative job, we outsourced the cabling to Cablenet. For slightly more than what we would have charged to do the job, Cablenet managed to conduct themselves faultlessly, and managed to lay all the cabling within the scheduled time frame. The client liaison was great to deal with, and the post production follow up was refreshing. I can recommend them for all your cabling needs, big or small.

Had 2 other quotes and AHP were the best the price. Job was booked in and the two young guys that did the install were awesome! Were half an hour EARLY to the the time they said they were coming (unheard of these days!). Shoes off every time they came in the house - drop sheet on carpet to catch the small amount of mess and cleaned up and took all the packaging away when finished. Did an excellent job (commenting as a veteran tradie), set up the wifi unit - talked us through all that was needed to know. Job done in less than 3 hours. Love our new Mitsubishi Heat Pump. What we really liked about the showroom at this Henderson Tile Warehouse was the sample areas of floor tiles. There is a big difference between looking at one tile and looking at a finished floor area of the tiles you are considering. This really helped us choose a few samples. The salespeople were really helpful here as well and encouraged us to take as long as we needed. They also have a back warehouse which has a few ranges on sale. These are discontinued lines of tiles or even excess stock but still in perfectly good condition. It is something to consider if you have a tight budget.

Getting my bathroom renovated. Got these guys to come in and install the shower mixer etc. It took…read morethem like 4 visits to do a simple shower install. Day 1 - installed it quick as. But the plumber never checked his work, there's no hot water. Day 2 (second visit took a whole week - cause they're busy) - but try not having a shower for a whole week, luckily we have family close by. Fixed the hot water problem, but again plumber didn't check his work. The pressure on the shower was like dribbling out, and if you turn the mixer slightly to adjust the temperatures it goes completely cold. Day 3 - after I got on the phone with the plumber again saying what happen mate? He said he'll come back and fix it. How does that work - half pie job? Hoping I wouldn't notice the shower is not working? Day 4 - calls me up in the afternoon and say we tried everything by the books and the shower is still crap. I just couldn't help myself, it was working perfectly before the reno, and the other mixers in the same bathroom all works. So I told him go and get a more senior plumber. Because this was 330pm on a Friday, if they don't get it done today, we'll have to go without a shower for the whole weekend again. Finally got a working shower after all the back and forth... Such a pain to organise someone to be on site for them for repeated visit. Find another plumbing service these guys got way too big and now the workmanship and customer service suffers. They are definitely not do it right the first time motto.

I initially thought that as they were a chain, they'd charge more than your average plumber due to higher overheads etc, but all three times the bill has been less than expected. The plumbers are great and explain things well so you don't feel you're getting more work done than you actually need. Highly recommend them, best plumbers I've used so far in Auckland.
