I go back to the bay and notice a card reader. Great. I'll use that... nope it's broken as well. I found a $5 bill in my purse and used that along with another dollar in quarters I found in my car, and rushed to get most of the bug guts off. If I could have gotten $10 in quarters, I'm sure I would have used it all, but I had to settle for a $6 wash instead. I'll have to find a different car wash in town because this one is not good.

We found this place because it was the closest one and ran into some oddities. All the options to pay for gas outside were spray painted black and we had to pay inside. The lady behind the counter informed me that she needed to hold onto my card while I filled up which I found odd but foolishly agreed. After I filled up, my wife and I were on our way home and later that night we get alerts that our card has been used for DoorDash multiple times. All cards have been cancelled but this was the only time the card was not in my possession and the last item we purchased before we got home. Scammed. Also, no public restrooms. Worst car wash ever found in Le Mars Iowa Yesterday was a…read moresunny day and I decided to get my car washed at EASY WASH 12th street Le Mars, well I chose the $15 package to get rid of all dirt and make it clean and shiny . What a disappointed after washing there was still a lot of dirt in the wheel casing, and the chrome was stilll dirty on the back hutch I just turned around and asked for a rewash, what was even a bigger disappointment when I got the answer that they aren't washing the wheel casing and they aren't suppose to get on there Knies to do so. I offered to show them how to spray that dirt off without doing funny exercises. In the mean time the second guy started to respray my siding again, but I was asked to back up because the manager had told them no rewash on wheel casing!!! For $ 15 nothing as advertised plus I had a half car sprayed in and the dirt was still hanging in the wheel casing, it looked dirtier than before!! First they spray your car with soapy water, then they use brushes to clean your car. Then, they run you through the actual car wash where you get 3 color wash, wax and whatever else they spray on your carl. They do one hell of a good job and all for 11.00.
