I'm still within the 30 days of purchase so I called the dealership to see what they could do for me, and both the sales manager I spoke with and the owner of the place were very rude and unprofessional. I first called and spoke to the salesman Doug, I told him my problem and he referred me to the service dept. so I spoke with them, and they told me to call Chrysler. I talked with a caseworker at Chrysler, and then called Doug back to tell him what I found out. He was less than thrilled with what I told him that Chrysler told me. He then decided to raise his voice and tell me that Chrysler couId drive out and fix it if that's what they think. I ended the phone call to avoid further getting yelled at and waited til Monday (2-15-21) to call and speak with the owner of the company, a guy named Mark. I told him my situation and explained how I was treated by his salesman and he didn't seem to have a care at all, I didn't matter. I explained that I would need the truck towed as the air suspension was out and it's not safe to drive with the ETC light on. They informed me that I would have to find a tow truck and pay for it out of pocket, and most likely cover all other expenses out of pocket that aren't covered under the factory drive train warranty that expires in 11 days. Now I'm stuck with a shitty truck I have to pay for that won't drive down the road and perform like they said it would. This company won't stand behind their vehicles and I highly do not recommend doing business with them. They are very unprofessional and treat people like they don't matter. You would think when you make a $30-40,000 investment the dealership you're putting your trust into would stand behind it. Save your time, your money, and a lot of stress. Do yourself a favor and drive to a reputable dealer. Even if you have to drive out of your way, you will still be money ahead. I promise.

My experience with Estherville GMC of Coleman Automotive was flat-out disappointing. Be careful if…read moreyou deal with them. They advertise low prices, but those prices don't include a pile of hidden fees. On top of that, if you don't trade a vehicle with them or finance through them, they tack on even more charges. Not exactly transparent. They also claim they "love all trades" and pay top dollar. Not true in my case. They already knew what I had, I showed it exactly as advertised, and still they dragged me through VINs, photos, and back-and-forth just to come back with excuses about the "slow market" and offer me way under value. Felt like a tactic just to wear me down. My sales rep was Chris White, and the whole approach was the classic good cop/bad cop routine with the sales manager. At one point I even got a text saying my offer was accepted, then ten minutes later they changed their mind and said it was revoked because another dealer wanted the truck at MSRP. That doesn't add up--dealers buy at invoice, not MSRP. Just felt dishonest. For a GMC dealer--which is supposed to represent a more premium GM brand--I expected some class. Instead, it was the same old "wham-bam" auction-style sales tactics. I'd avoid this dealership at all costs. They're not transparent and they're not trustworthy.

This business is now a Casey's, which remains across the street from the local High School (Home of the Mighty Midgets). The old timeline started with owner-operated gas station and progressed to added convenience stores, often featuring some decent sandwich and pizza choices. The Kwik Trip/Star model moves this business into the "mega" category. The new Estherville outpost (like the Spirit Lake one) has lots of gas pumps, lots of food choices, and larger grocery store related offerings. Perhaps the only thing missing is a sit down cafe and a bar. And yes, the price I paid at the pump was very competitive. I wonder about 2 things: - How Kwik Trip/Star effects local gas station/convenience store competition. - What was located here before they tore down this block to build it.
