As…read moreI mentioned I only go to the outlying areas of the river including Blythe once a week on Thursdays and as you have pointed out, have missed going out there the last 2 weeks. Servicing those areas is a new part of my business (I just started this year) and I am handling it the best I can, obviously I need some improvement. You are my first Yelp review and I sure wish it was better but have no one to blame but myself. I am a licensed and insured contractor and there are very few of us on the river, so I am trying my best to NOT be a "typical river worker" however it is like many things in life a work in progress. Thank you and best of luck with your project.

We hired MDN Tile to complete a tiling job on both bathrooms in our cabin at Big Bear. We are…read moreextremely happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the tile work is superb. The lines of the tile are straight, giving it a clean, professional appearance. We used them to complete the shower. The outcome was beautiful, giving it a modern, cozy looking appearance instead of a small, dark appearance. What we appreciated the most was their attention to detail. They nicely took care of the corners, edges, and even the space between each tile. Their workspace was also kept clean during the entire duration of the project. Communication was not a problem at all, and they were also respectful of the property. The value was amazing for what we had done. Both bathrooms look great, modern, warm, and high-end, just like we expected. We would definitely recommend MDN Tile to anyone looking for a quality tile job.

Conveniently located, Beno's flooring had a beautiful show room, with many different options of flooring. Cindy was super helpful throughout the entire process. Once we picked out flooring for each space, the process after that was super easy. The installer showed up on time, worked hard, and the job was done quickly, but more important, very efficiently. I have also used this company previously in Las Vegas at our home there. The company in Vegas is just as efficient and friendly as the one out in Lake Havasu. The next project for my Lake Havasu home is a backsplash that I picked out, and that will be installed next week! Definitely would recommend this flooring company to anyone out in Havasu AND Vegas area!

Deceptive sales practice. My wife and I purchased what we thought was vinyl flooring that would be…read morefirm when walking on it. We believed this because we took the vinyl sample home, which was solid and were assured by the two sales associates that it would feel the same as the sample. My wife actually asked both of the sales associates if the floor would feel solid and be strong enough, as we have heavy furniture and her husband could lose a few pounds. Again, she was told it would feel solid, just like the sample, no problem. This has nothing to do with the sample being attached to a solid display board either, obviously. Our foundation is solid too. We noticed pretty quickly upon installation that this type of vinyl is for floating floors only and feels like an entirely different product. It's certainly not a firm or solid feel by any means, more like walking on a gym mat as the floor is not supposed to be firm. We returned to the store for what we thought would be an easy return or exchange, maybe a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we were met by the owner Nick Beno, who was less than welcoming. When I explained to Nick that we relied on his 2 sales reps to give us accurate information about the flooring and that we needed to choose a different product now, his reply incredibly was "you should've done your own research, good luck going through the manufacturer". He refused to exchange the product or accept a return. That told me everything I needed to know about Beno's Flooring. He also said if I would've used the store's installer instead of just purchasing the flooring by itself, this wouldn't have happened. As if that would somehow change the flooring his associates convinced us to buy. Crooked to say the least. As someone who loves to support local business, this service was shameful. Buyer beware!

For the past 10 years, before Aaron started LTD Tile, he was setting tile for some other companies…read moreand I was so impressed by his work that I always call him first for all my tile needs. If he's not available when I need him, I simply wait until he is. Tile is meant for an expert that knows the quality of the tile, the grout, sealant, installation, and more and there isn't anything else that gets more wear and tear than your floor and/or tile shower. LTD has proven that they are professional, work harder and faster than many other tile companies out there with reasonably low prices (I learned the hard way not to go lowest bidder with tile) and extremely high quality installation. They always finish faster than expected and clean up the mess that installing tile makes. I can't wait to purchase a home with a backyard so I can have him tile a custom outdoor BBQ area. Some of the tile jobs he has done for me including my personal condo was over 9 years ago and still looks great. When you have some tenants that ruined the carpet I went straight to Aaron and asked about tiling my entire condo. He finished in a few days and has remained in great shape for 9 years. Always looking forward to flooring because I know my jobs are getting closer to being finished and ready to sell or rent. I would honestly not recommend anyone else after working with LTD. As you can tell, I am quite happy with his work and don't often hand out 5 stars unless worthy of them. LTD does all your tile needs really well.

I received a lagging response from Lowe's and poor customer service from various companies I found via Yelp. Fortunately, the one person who was truly professional, responsive, cordial and honest was Freddie. 1) Communication: Freddie will respond to all your questions and concerns in a timely manner through Yelp chat, text messages and phone calls. He is respectful and very thorough in his estimate and work completed. He sends before, during and after photos to ensure accuracy of his job. Lastly, he comes on time and makes sure to complete the job with quality. 2) Job: I would say his job is top notch. He is very detailed in his work, making sure everything fits perfectly because he backs his work with warranty. He did a great job with the custom modification of my old kitchen cabinets to fit the brand new oven. He also hauled away the old oven and cleaned up after himself. 3) Pricing: I would say his pricing is reasonable because you always want a certified contractor to do a great job especially when installing an oven which you don't want to skim money on for a cheap job. He did throw in the free additional parts needed for the oven to work. He went above and beyond to make sure tenants and myself were satisfied. Overall I would recommend Freddie to help with jobs in your home. Just ask him for a quick quote and he will tell you what he can do to ensure you get the items repaired. Highly recommended and I will continue to use him for my other projects in the near future.
