If it was not for him I would give 5 stars. He won't allow you to speak with anyone else incision words "I do it all". Well he does it horribly. I worked in a medical office for 23 years and I saw right through his garbage but had already seen Dr Patel at that point. Now I am due a refund after I filed the insurance and he won't return my calls and my secondary insurance has not been filed. If you are cash paying I highly recommend Dr Patel.

It took over a month to get in for my first appt and then that appt I got xrays; she told me she'd seen crowns last a long time as long as their taken care of and come back because she's busy and we will go over my X-rays and talk about the next step which I thought was what the first appt was for so then another two weeks and I go back and the assistant is confused as well as I was in what I was getting done cause I had no info or recommendation from the X-rays I had two ladies come in with financial things for things if I chose to do but no dr! I already experience anxiety pretty heavy with dentist so I said I'm not happy with this I don't want her to be my dentist if she can't even come in and discuss everything and please don't charge me again for my time because it's been wasted!
