This is possibly the first German brunch I've had, most of the time I go out for lunch or dinner. I had the intenso chocolate and it was intense, I was pretty full after that one drink. In addition to that, I had the Hannover breakfast, which consisted of a variety of cheeses and hams, vollkornbrot (bread full of oats), an egg, and a few slices of fruits. I offered my business card to contact me when everything was functioning well and we were happy to pay. The tall bartender responded by offering to call the police. This unnecessarily escalated the situation . We were essentially held hostage until the owner arrived and corrected the card machine. Staff were unprepared to deal with the situation and became awful. Would NOT recommend going here .

Upon my entry, I was helped by a super accommodating staff member who helped translate the menu for me so I could order exactly what I wanted. The service made the experience of this cafe pleasant.
