First I was feeling confident since the place is a established business/restaurant and not a place off the street, since I didn't want to try my luck and be disappointed. My order was a single torta and it was flavorless, it lack the "yum factor" and presentation Mexican cuisine is known for, just to later find out the ham had a grayish color and that wasn't a good sign, so after one bite I decided to stop eating it. The only great thing about my visit was the fact I was able to spot the meat color and avoid getting sick. Needless to say I was beyond disappointed, if your business talks about how long is being around and it's "well known" for one specific dish (tortas) but you fail to deliver on one single item, you might need to reconsider the quality of your products.
