The great room had Venetian plaster applied 25 years ago. They had to sand all the walls to get them smooth. Their attention to detail preparing the walls, fixing drywall damage on walls and ceiling was impressive. They covered and protected all areas that would be at risk and sealed off rooms to contain any dust. We expected more dust, but they use vacuum systems with HEPA filters which minimized the dust. Finally applying the primer and paint was clean and neat. They left the work area clean every day. I highly recommend Epic Painting. We will have them back this summer for other projects.

Nevin's work is overall very good. He's a skilled and efficient painter. We got quotes from a few…read morepainters and his was in line with competition. He repaired drywall and filled every little bump and scratch before painting- even ones I didn't notice. Several days in a row he indicated he would arrive in the early morning and I changed my schedule to accommodate but then he showed up hours late. He stayed and worked for about six hours. By the last couple of days he was really getting behind and worked for 10-12 hours. At the end of a long shift his work was got sloppier. If you have an open schedule and there is no rush to complete a job, hire him. He is very knowledgeable about paint finishes and did do a nice job. If you have a tight schedule or are taking off work to have your house painted, look elsewhere.
