Family Court is daunting. And from experience, obtaining representation from out of state is an…read moreeven harder task. Craig and his team represented myself and ultimately my son once Arizona was deemed the state of jurisdiction, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Communication was thorough, prompt and clear from himself and his staff every step of the way from what they needed from me, to what they accomplished on a weekly basis and especially with the financial aspect. From thousands of miles away I felt secure that my son's best interest was first a foremost. Aside from the final ruling being exactly what is best for my son, Craig also helped me to present myself in the best light, providing sound advice for hard decisions made along the way. I was never worried if paperwork would be filed in time or if phone calls still needed to be made, I was in the most capable hands. Elated is only the half of it, thanks to Craig and his team I am even more hopeful for the most stable future and home life for my son. If it's a decision you have to make, this is a choice of representation you will not regret.

strongly do not recommend Craig J. Simon or Simon Law Group to anyone seeking ethical and honest…read morelegal representation. My experience with Mr. Simon has been incredibly disappointing, as he has repeatedly demonstrated dishonesty, a lack of integrity, and a clear disregard for fair legal proceedings. 1 Misleading Statements & False Claims in Court Mr. Simon misrepresented facts in front of the judge, including falsely claiming that he provided required disclosure documents--when in reality, they were never sent or received. Instead of ensuring a fair and transparent process, he manipulated the court's understanding of the facts to benefit his client. 2 Failure to Follow Through on Verbal Agreements Throughout my case, Mr. Simon made multiple verbal agreements but failed to honor them, proving himself to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Instead of working toward resolutions, he deliberately prolonged disputes to drive up attorney fees--putting financial gain over ethical representation and the best interests of the children involved. 3 Profiting from Conflict Instead of Resolving Cases Rather than focusing on settlement and resolution, Mr. Simon seems intent on extending litigation unnecessarily, which only inflates legal fees and prolongs emotional distress for all parties. Instead of advocating for reasonable and fair solutions, he thrives on unnecessary legal battles that serve no one but his own firm's financial interests. Bottom Line: If you are looking for an ethical, professional, and fair attorney, I highly recommend seeking legal counsel elsewhere. In my experience, Mr. Simon prioritizes tactics over truth, money over morality, and conflict over resolution. I hope others do their research before hiring Simon Law Group

They were professional, strategic, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing what was best for my son, Leo. This outcome means everything to our family, and it wouldn't have been possible without their dedication, experience, and heart. It's rare to find attorneys who are this sharp and this human. I'm incredibly grateful to have had them in my corner and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone facing a family law matter.

Gregg put me in touch with one of his colleagues, Kaci Bowman, who specialized in the area of expertise that I needed. I met with Kaci several times and she took the case and ran with it. She was very professional and kept me informed of progress at all times and frequently. My case was subsequently concluded to my satisfaction. I would recommender Gregg and Kaci and this law firm at any time. Thank you Gregg and Kaci for a job well done. Bob E.

The following…read moreare the TWO FACTUAL EVENTS that occured (a few more, but in the interest of time I've limited it), so, please read on and you can then decide for yourself if you'd ever care to have such slippery snakes in the grass ever represent you, and then turn around and get bit. I base my above stated personal opinion and warning upon the following FACTS: #1. My partner and I were represented by this firm in regards to the 2015 (completely settled in 2018) real estate related civil suit filed in Maricopa County, AZ. This firm consistently generated on their own, and sent me MULTIPLE account statements, over a multitude of months, indicating and assuring me I had a ZERO balance, YEP, ZERO, and I never heard another word from them, as one would expect.... end of story?? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Any reasonable thinking human being would be led to that conclusion, BUT this doesn't describe reasonable thinking individuals. Well, fast fwd almost a year later after receiving all the ZERO balance statements, only to get served with a surprise lawsuit in 2025 (by this owns firms Partner's little shady side hustle "collection agency LLC" PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTANCE LLC), making outlandish claims that we still owed some sort of debt, via an "assigned" debt from this firm. SAME BAD ACTORS, just conveniently operating under this new name. Worst yet, they had all of our current contact info, yet instead of simply reaching out and even attempting to resolving the matter or clear things us they just plowed right ahead to run us over without any warning (I warned you this would involve unreasonableness). It should also be noted that my partner hadn't been ever contacted in any way by anyone since 2018, NOPE, not even a single time. #2 (Can't even make this kind of stuff up, it actually happened possibly due either outright harassment/vindictiveness or a data breach/breach of confidential client information) This firms partners, acting through and on behalf of their "collection LLC", took my partners PERSONAL INFORMATION and filed and publicized it in completely unrelated Court pleadings, which is a public forum, that had absolutely NOTHING what so ever to do with them, nor involved them in any way, shape or form, in support of asking the Court to approve Alternative Service for one of their other "victims" that they were having trouble getting served with their latest lawsuit, outright falsely claiming that my partners info had anything at all to do with this person. So, you can plainly see what lengths they'll go to. **BEST PART OF ALL THIS: When all of the above stated was brought to their attention, they flat out refused to even respond or offer to correct THEIR ERRORS and instead insisted upon proceeding with the lawsuit, flat out refusing to acknowledge correct THEIR mistakes or be held accountable for any of their egregious actions. Completely UNETHICAL on SO many levels in my opinion and only goes to show what a complete lack of moral fiber and integrity looks and acts like. *PM me and I'll be more than happy to provide all documentation. **cross-posting on multiple platforms and finishing up dedicated website in order to warn other unknowing possible innocent victims like ourselves.
