Each time I voiced my concern that he wasn't really helping me plan and that I did NOT feel my taxes were being handled correctly Jeff responded that more review costs more money even though I was already paying between 900 and 1,200 annually. We are a small business, 2 LLC's and personal taxes. In February we received an email saying that there were no longer going to be our accountants and that they would finish our 2023 taxes. Then in March we were informed that they were not going to be able to complete our 2023 taxes and that we would have to find another accountant. Dropping the bomb on us last minute. Not even a phone call to talk to us and discuss it. Totally unprofessional and I do not recommend this firm.

I allowed it (my bad) for a few years until I got quick books to cut costs, and there filing fees never went down. My new cpa charges 1/3 of what I was paying at Austin assoc.
