Awful when trying to cancel. Got new insurance and called my agent and they said "everything is fine, your group will send you money back" and when spoke to my insurance company they never knew I canceled (and didn't give me money back). When adding house insurance to my plan, it took days for them to get back to me and help me when I was trying to close. The only good thing they've helped with was for a claim in 2018 for my car. Hard to reach, unreliable, and much easier going with a bigger company. Do not recommend. read more

North Atlantic Insurance is my go-to place for insurance on my camps located on Sebago Lake. The staff and the owner took prompt care of my insurance policies and pointed out several places where I can save money while increasing my coverage. I'm definitely going to go and use them again if I need to for new properties. And I'm going to be sticking with them for what we currently own.
